    Do you have experience with working with a tight serratus anterior? I have a protracted scapula due to my serratus anterior being super tight and there is barely any videos on youtube about this. Would love to see your take on it.

      I dont but a trigger point is in the muscle while adhesions is the fascia getting stuck.
