First thing thank you all for your service. This video was not what I had expected but was still great. Your story gave me chills. I unfortunately never went into the military but my best friend is a Navy vet and the number 1 thing that helps him is the great outdoors being in nature. It's great to see these places doing stuff for our vets the sacrifices that are made y'all deserve a lot more than what you get in my opinion. But Chris is deffenetly proud of you in more ways than you could imagine he would want you to live ur best life. Again thanks to all military members veterans or still active duty I truly thank you for the sacrifice and service you have to go through

@@hometownherooutdoors first video I've seen from you guys and I'm hooked I subscribed almost instantly. I'm from maine and we have another organization called operation reboot outdoors that kinda does the same thing. Uses the outdoors to get vets together make new friends make fun memories but also to help them heal they are really great and have blown up over the past 5 years. They are also a 501c non profit and their mission is unstoppable. Would be awesome to see a due on here in the future.

TY, for the sharing of your story. Being someone that suffers with severe PTSD, I can feel what you are going through everyday. I also have the common problem of not being able to talk about what I've been through, on a good day, I can make it through the day without overthinking my want to join the 22. So glad you have found help.

Brent, thank you for sharing your story. There are many of us who still find it difficult to ask for help and also feel our journey in the military isn't as worthy as those who've been in combat roles or given their life for everyone's freedom. I am one of those. You're story is an inspiration and hopefully our brothers and sisters will listen and take action. To HHO, thank you for everything you do. I've been fortunate to have been a part of a couple of events and enjoyed the camaraderie that I miss so much. Keep it going, keep it strong.

You are worthy of these trips. Chris would be so proud and happy for you to be able to move forward in your life. I know for a fact he would also want you to! Sorry the moose got away but the healing is well worth it.
