God bless you, my brother. Thank you for all of your incredibly hard work. I seriously don't know how you and Bryson are able to come up with hits *so* frequently. God has truly gifted you. My testimony(that I share with nearly every comment): I was transgender and bisexual for 24 years before finding out the truth (that demons cause those issues, and Jesus is eager to take them away). After being an atheist for 8+ years, and "married" to another female, I got the urge one day to say out loud "IF there is an Almighty God that does NOT wish us pain or sorrow, please bring me truth, I wish to know you exist". Then God immediately started bringing me the answers I had been searching 8-11 YEARS for! I witnessed Him take control of my internet and the rest of my reality; He first proved to me that demons exist (I called them "inter-dimensional beings"), then He proved His own existence, which I later found to be Jesus Christ. As soon as I found Jesus at the end of 2020, He IMMEDIATELY took away my transgenderism, bisexuality, depression, daily suicide attempts, self harm, bulimia and anorexia; and He did this all without me asking Him to, because THAT'S how merciful and loving He is! Praise God!
Praise God! He did the same for me, delivering me from the occult, alcohol, weed & promiscuity. He also forgave me, after I repented, for killing 2 babies. He showed me Ps 139 & Deut 18:9-14

"Look at the birds they don't stress" I was just sitting in the car yesterday all stressed and nervous about the future and everything. A seagull comes down next to my car making eye contact. Im sitting there looking at it thinking look how great your life is, you can fly all around, food is plentiful, no stress, no expectations or requirements bills or taxes you have a good life. Then it made its seagull noise (not a chirp or quack or gobble so I don't know the term for a seagull call) and flew away. I sometimes think they can here me when I talk in my mind to animals I can call my dogs and cat over in my mind and they come running over as if i verbally did so but anyway this song is great. Straight facts! The Jesus in the second coming is going to be here to serve justice and I am so blessed that the lord opened up my eyes and ears to the truth, so I could be saved. I pray that many many more people will choose to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior before it's too late. Back when I was young and before I found out the Truth, I was filled with hate and anger. I used to believe in some kind of evolution because that is what I was brainwashed to believe in from the time I was 6 until I was in my early 20's. But, once I got out of school, I had to start thinking for myself and that's when I had so many questions about the theory of evolution and the billions of years, none of it made sense to me when I looked at the evidence in the real world. I searched for the truth for almost 3 years and did so much research and it all pointed me to a creator that had Supreme Intelligence, like an "All Knowing Wisdom" , type of intelligence. The only thing that makes sense after you do all of the scientific and historic research that we can actually see and observe without putting any kind of bias on the evidence is that the Bible is the most factual historical book that there is, and it has never been proven wrong. I used to think that it was just an old fictional story tale, but that was because I had never truly read it myself, I just took other people's word for it who I found out had never read it for themselves either. What I am saying is that if you really truly want to know the truth and purpose about why we are here and our true history, you will ultimately have to read the Bible. If you read the Bible with no pre-existing bias going into it, you will see so clearly that you are being exposed to the Truth, and it will answer so many questions, if not all of them. I am so blessed, and I love Jesus Christ with all my heart, soul, body and mind/spirit. I pray that if you read this and you are where I used to be, I ask you to please do your own research and look at all the evidence that supports the Bible in the real world and actually take your time to read the Bible, because it truly is a matter of eternal life.

This is a DEEP STUDY into this song. I pray all who read it are blessed through Christ’s true mission:
I pray all who read this understand why I am leaving this comment. As a future pastor, it is going to be my job to ascertain Scripture in songs and anywhere else in culture or the real world. This is NOT a criticism, but an explanation of what Matthew 10:34-49 and Luke 12:49-56 really mean:
I love this song but Jesus’ mission was not division - it was to die for us unworthy sinners and to bring the blood of the new and everlasting covenant. Salvation now lies in the blood of Christ, not the law of Moses (though the 5 books of Moses lay the foundation for the rest of the Bible and is a different study altogether). Even Peter said in Acts 15: 10-11 “Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.”
Matthew 10:34-39 and Luke 12:49-56 are the verses this song comes from and simply mean if Christ is not number one, your house will be divided. Context matters! It DOES NOT mean Jesus came to divide - to say that was His mission isn’t Biblical, it’s a total misunderstanding of The Bible bc of a few verses ppl come upon and say to themselves “Jesus did come to divide us…” No He didn’t. Believe it or not, Peter was the first pope, and Catholic literally means “universal.” So to say “I believe in the holy Catholic and apostolic church” literally means “I believe in the holy, universal church of Christ founded by Him and His apostles.” It’s a shame the Roman Catholic Church has perverted that word bc the way they have it is a 180 from its original meaning. That’s why I’m just a Christian. As it says in Acts “…And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.” I am a Christian and Bible scholar. Denomination does not matter so long as you remain BIBLICAL.
On the contrary, the church was created for Jew and Gentile, Samaritan, Roman, the area the apostles had the hardest time with - then Asia Minor where all 7 churches in Revelation were and one still is, the homosexual, the thief, the murderer - EVERY sin can be forgiven but one (that’ll be at the end of this deep study).
Context is VITAL when reading the Bible. What does Jesus say in Matthew immediately after the division portion where He mentions every familial relationship? “He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.” In other words:
GOD COMES FIRST! If you’re a parent, put God FIRST. Then comes your spouse (bc you made a vow before God, family, and friends - now a union of two souls as one), then kids (bc BOTH parents are needed to raise kids properly in GOD’S Word and love - agape in Greek). If you’re a pastor, bishop, or member of the clergy - your responsibilities to the church come after putting God first, then spouse 3rd, etc.
Simply put, if God is first, your house will not be divided. Don’t put Him first…and read how divided your house will be in those two chapter and verses (again, Matthew 10:34-39 and Luke 12:49-56).
Just look at single parents homes, or homes where God is never mentioned, let alone worshipped and taught. They’re divided. Father and son, mother and daughter, father in law and son in law, etc, etc. That’s all the division portions of the gospels mean. I made sure by asking my pastors with 87 yrs of combined preaching (both are in their 80’s and are sharp as a tack) during our weekly Bible study at an amazing, heavily Biblical church God has blessed our house to go to.
I’m just sharing this bc reading those verses can be confounding at first. Read the entire gospels, all 4. Don’t ever just pick out those 12 verses and call it His mission. Don’t ever just pick out single chapters and verses bc “they call out to you.” Not applying context is how false prophecy works. Remember, Satan tempted Christ by misusing Scripture before he was promptly schooled and rebuked by God incarnate in man! Hitler also used Bible verses out of context to convince his population of his evil mission. But please do not misunderstand me; I am not saying Tyson is comparable to that! I’m simply saying division was NOT the mission of Christ. I love this song - it got me studying the two division portions of the gospels (again ONLY Matthew 10:34-39 and Luke 12:49-56 are when Jesus talks this way. But He also says LOT before and after. Again, context matters).
Remember, what we now call books of the Bible didn’t have chapters and verses until at least 1500 yrs after the completion of The Bible after transliteration from Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek (the entire NT was in Greek originally). Everything after the gospels were epistles, aka letters. Do your letters have chapters and verse? Of course not. Chapter and verses weren’t added until the LXX aka the 70 (actually 72) aka the Septuagint. It took hundreds of yrs to transliterate Scripture from ancient Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek (the entire NT was in Greek originally). A great example are 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, and 2 Kings. They used to be the one book called Kingdoms. Context matters! Too often ppl pick and choose a Bible verse way out of context bc “it speaks to them.” BIBLICAL CONTEXT MATTERS Jesus’ mission was NOT to divide. It was to die for us sinners after living among us as God in flesh. He then chose the most painful death imaginable, mentally, physically, and spiritually. His passion was His mission. Even then, one of His final words to the multitudes of sinners who has just tortured him mentally, spiritually, and physically: “Forgive them Father door they know not what they do.” We serve an amazing God! The ONLY God! And His agape is incomprehensible to us humans, but the goal is to try. Remember too (ie when reading John’s epistles in particular), there are 7-8 words in Greek for love - agape is almost always what the authors of each epistle or “book” are referring to.
The Bible says Jesus became poor for us. He forgives ALL sins except for one. Paul was originally a major persecutor of the church and even a murderer; then he and Peter (who did more than just deny Christ 3 times before the rooster crowed - he was a tax collector) became the founders of the modern day Church.
How? Bc of Jesus’ mission - shedding every drop of blood for every sin man had committed or will ever commit, creating the blood of the new and everlasting covenant, ALL sinners can be forgiven if they accept Christ as their savior, repent, and change by putting God first and loving Him (agape in Greek). Greek has 7-8 words for love and agape is the highest love - it’s God’s love which is hard to comprehend but we can always reach the Father by following the 2 commandments Jesus taught all His disciples after a lawyer amongst the Pharisees asked Christ what the greatest commandment in the law was:
“Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying,
Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.”

The ONLY unpardonable sin is blaspheming the Holy Spirit.
“Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
“And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.”

I pray all who read this understand why I left such a long comment. Context matters! Don’t just read a single chapter and verse. If you cite a chapter and verse, apply the context that precedes and follows it. For again, it was over a millennia before chapters were ever added, even longer before verses were added, and even longer before we got our King James Bible (it was after the great the LXX, after the great schism, and a full century after the Protestant reformation). The Septuagint is just a group of 72 scholars and their progeny translating the Bible from ancient Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek into what is now 704 languages for the full Bible, and an additional 1,551 languages for the New Testament.
I pray to our Lord and Savior all who were patient enough to read this understand why I left it. I am simply the messenger Lord. Without You I am nothing. This is Your Holy Word, THE TRUTH, and I am thankful every day that I realized my mission was to be a pastor. I pray I am worthy once I have completed my studies. In Jesus’ Holy Name, Amen 🙏🏻
