Great idea. Who doesn't like cheese-steak? When I try this, I think I'mma gonna use a layered approach like broken up lasagna...The eggs in pasta hates me ( 😥 ) no matter how hard I try. (boo-hoo-me) hahahahahaha. I've been trying your recipes out on mah GrandLiLMan and although I can't righteously tell if this kid won't eat anything put in front of him, I think the test will be when he says..GiGi...make that again. Literally, he eats everything (and licks plates too....remember them dayz????).

Is it tough finding certain ingredients in the DR? Like heavy cream etc..
Nope. There are some things that aren't here but for most of my recipes I have no trouble finding items.
What's jackin' me up is buying a quart or large quantity of something when I only have plans for a few/couple of cups soooooo.....I've been searching for DIY recipes for stuff like buttermilk and heavy cream ("How To Make Homemade Heavy Cream At Home ! Things We Don’t Buy Any Longer- save Money").
