    Words of the Day!
    1. cull out - v - select desirable parts from a group or list. / pick out.
    2. transpire - v - (of a secret or something unknown) come to be known; be revealed.
    3. every so often - from time to time; occasionally.
    4. confront - v - come face to face with (someone) with hostile or argumentative intent. / (of a problem or difficulty) present itself to (someone) so that action must be taken.
    5. rectify - v - put right; correct.
    6. distorted - adj - giving a misleading or false account or impression; misrepresented.
    7. prejudice - harm or injury that results or may result from some action or judgement.
    8. deliberately - Adv - consciously and intentionally; on purpose.
    9. perjury - n - the offence of wilfully telling an untruth or making a misrepresentation under oath.
    10. manifestly - Adv - in a way that is clear or obvious to the eye or mind.
    11. gauge - v - estimate or determine the amount, level, or volume of.
    12. inadvertently - Adv - without intention; accidentally.

    there are lawyers out there who doesnt even try to find out the exact issue of client, they only care of taking money and filling case..

    There are also cases where advocates connive with inv officers to extort money from clients based on info that client has revealed to advocate.

      @@Rohit.Kapoor Thats why my experience is : You have to have a basic understanding of the law with which you are dealing... along with Evidence act and crpc. If you do, you can defeat these type of advocates. I know I have. Otherwise they would've had me on a platter.

    Sir please do a video of role of witnesses in case.
    Eg - requirement of no. of witnesses, witness relation to complainant or accused, role of witness in private complaint, their role after complaint or case starts etc..

    Amishh sir i watch ur videos. Please thoda hindi mein video banao. Aapki enligh upar se nikalti hai kabhi kabhi. Indian people are aware of such legal and tough english. Hats off to ur work. We need such lawyers. A client should not hide anything and should not lie.

    Can a policeman fine me for not wearing mask/helmet if he/she is not wearing their hat or name badge?

      Yes, if they are on duty they will fine you but you can complain about it that they were not wearing their hat or name badge in the police complaint authority,by the way not wearing a hat or name badge is a "petty offence" hence it is not punishable by the law.
      But,still it is a departmental rule so it must be followed by the officer.

      @@Rajkumari-bo9su Thanks for the confirmation. I have seen many policemen on the street collecting fines without wearing their hat or name badge. Some of them don't even have the stars on the shoulder. That's why I was having a doubt.
