@@Rohit.Kapoor Thats why my experience is : You have to have a basic understanding of the law with which you are dealing... along with Evidence act and crpc. If you do, you can defeat these type of advocates. I know I have. Otherwise they would've had me on a platter.

Sir please do a video of role of witnesses in case. Eg - requirement of no. of witnesses, witness relation to complainant or accused, role of witness in private complaint, their role after complaint or case starts etc..

Yes, if they are on duty they will fine you but you can complain about it that they were not wearing their hat or name badge in the police complaint authority,by the way not wearing a hat or name badge is a "petty offence" hence it is not punishable by the law. But,still it is a departmental rule so it must be followed by the officer.

I had a.lawyer friend ,in USA, who told me that the client never tells her the truth.
there are lawyers out there who doesnt even try to find out the exact issue of client, they only care of taking money and filling case..
There are all kinds of lawyers, doctors, engineers .
There are also cases where advocates connive with inv officers to extort money from clients based on info that client has revealed to advocate.
