When Judge Manning states ‘an ankle monitor paid for the state, if available….’ Does that mean if a free one is not available-they don’t need to have one? Or, they need to pay for it???
It means that they have to wait until onel is available, as in no longer being used by another offender. If it's not available, they have to wait in jail until one can be attached. And that's only if the offender can make bail.
My favorite judge! She is definitely a no-bull judge. She knows how a client WILL appear in her courtroom and zero tolerance.
