I followed the guide and lost the civil war by July and also the game crashed 👎. Also when i tried to do the spearhead 0 divisions were assigned, but atleast i got a good start though.

Oh, I'm sorry! Afraid I cant do anything about the game crashing, paradox games be like that, but when you do a spearhead order, you sometimes need to manually assign your troops. Don't take what I said as gospel or anything, this video is a rough guide for a reason. Hope you do better on your next try!
