This train's route must be non electrified through out its run. Foot over bridges at the stations must also be quite high too.

The dedicated freight corridors are being built for this sort of thing. Electrified double-stacked trains running at 100kmph. Alstom has already been contracted to provide powerful electric engines and build factory in India for the same, while India's own chittaranjan works will provide as many as it can. Experiments were going on to raise electric wires to 7.2 mts, and a pantograph which can work at that height in 2009. They may have been successful now. Looking forward to seeing these in action - 2019 or later.
