Hi when you are doing the wash after the 2 minutes in the vinegar water do you rinse them off with water before you let them dry?
No not usually for peaches you can just set them on the towel
If the peaches are purchased locally (versus at a chain store), do you still need to use the vinegar wash to preserve them?
Even if I pick it from my yard I still wash
@@TheCrossLegacy after washing, do you go straight to freezing or canning process, or do they go to frig for awhile first?
Normally in the fridge for a few days after they are washed until I have time to process them.
