The problem with our police men and women and indeed all security aparatus in Kenya, is that their foundation is based on colonial laws and practices. Their training is based on curriculum that was designed to ensure they kill the natives especially the Mau Mau wherever they find them. The so called independent government has continued the colonial instruments and even strengthened them through the same parliament you are crying from.
