Pensacola Aviation MRO company criticized for poor labor practices in terminating immigrant visa workers from Chile. The company, ST Engineering, is using more than $55 million in grants from the City of Pensacola, State of Florida, and Escambia county, Florida to operate an aviation maintenance facility at Pensacola airport..
