a tip to open difficult jars : put the jar under the tap with hot water for a few seconds, then hit the sides of the lid with a wooden spoon and it will open! works every time

You can also just punch a little hole with a knife on the lid, therefore the pressure will be released and it will open easily

if you're having a hard time opening a jar you can heat up the seal by turning on the stove and diagonally heating up the top of the jar on the flame. It melts the seal :)
