The Renegade surely carves way easier! But the Outback itself feels way more agile than the two-wheel Edge frame. The Renegade is the most fun to ride, I really like it!
we need more entries in the off road skate realm. Agree about outback i tried down a paved hill road absolutely did not turn at all, the Renegades did very well. The outbacks were awesome on trails lots of roll and turned since your on more slippery surface. What would like to see is a 4 wheel 125 hub powered skate. the extra assist power would help allot in trails.
Big thanks for that info! I've got to say 800 miles _does_ sound like a lot, knowing what those tender tyres have to endure. I don't quite think my regular skate wheels are still worth a dime after 1300 km of inline skating. 🙂
The Outback carves like a backcountry ski: more than zero, but not much. Be stepping a lot of turns.

@@terrablader Ooooh, yeah, that would be awesome! Great idea. The only powered skate that would actually make sense.
I have a set of those and I like them, but the wheels only lasted 800 miles
