I'm actually glad there are no crazy matte colors. This palette is a lot more sophisticated and everyday friendly than most other indie palettes which typically include acid green mattes and unflattering reds. I got this one and love the funky but wearable looks.
I own this palette. I bought 2 because I loved it so much. The sparkly colors are amazing but they definitely work best with your finger. I received so many compliments from looks that I created with this Dragon palette. Packaging is pretty cool too.
Yay another great review! The packaging is gorgeous! I’m spilt on how I feel on the color story. On one hand, I’m glad “wearable” neutral lovers get beautiful packaging and can slightly dabble in more bold colors but on the other hand, I really would have loved if the color story matched the packaging. I would have loved a green and dark navy matte, and change the undertone of the brown to be red based for the fiery dragon lovers. I will not be picking up this palette, but I won’t be mad if I got it as a gift lol. I laughed when you included a close up flakes on the brush 🤣I’ve definitely had the same struggle with other shadows!
The palette is gorgeous (and I’m OK with the more neutral leaning mattes), but I’ll probably wait to pick this up since I’ve been buying a few too many palettes recently.
i reallllly love both looks!!! this palette is beautiful. i love what’s up beauty’s formula in the other palettes i have from them, and i definitely plan on picking this one up. i’m praying that i can get the brush set someday, because they’ve been on my wishlist FOREVER!!! ✨✨✨

Rather, they were sold out and it took awhile to receive it, and it has been worth the wait. It’s my first What’s Up Beauty palette. I adore it and will continue getting a lot of use of it. Beautiful! The shimmers are gorgeous but I feel like the mattes are a missed opportunity.. How do you make a dragon palette with no green? Great video as always and loved the looks.
The sparkles looking so sparkly and your nail game is too! Does heat help with migraines? I usually use ice packs. Asking as a fellow migraine sufferer.
As a sparkle goblin I want this ❤ the packaging is top notch! But I’m disappointed with the matte selection. I wouldn’t have bought the geodes (which I did a month ago) if I knew this was releasing though because the shimmers are so much better. Their matte formula is not great. I should just stick to my amazing singles but I have a problem lol and all these great palettes are releasing. I wish brands would reveal their releases ahead of time so that I can better plan my purchases cause I can’t buy everything.
i wanted this initially but it looks an awful lot like the geodes palette now that i'm seeing it. I guess the difference is this one is more multi- or duo-chromes.
ONLY FEEDBACK for this palette, i would've liked a deep forest green and deep blue purple to mirror the packaging and for as a liner and or smoky looks
The colours don't match the packaging and at least to me have nothing to do with dragons. And I'm disappointed in brands feeling the need to label themselves "clean" cause that is just fear-mongering and doesn't even mean anything. Nomad also did it with their newest launch.
