I went straight nuna. Nuna mixx2 and pipa. The package deal I got from Nordstrom had stroller-bassinet- and pipa all in one. I love all of it. When we have our second baby I’m going to upgrade to the Demi grow. They came out with it right after I had bout my mixx2 package deal. Nuna is the very best, and folds easier than the uppababy.
the Bassinet is a prefect spot to change diapers! I have been out with my son a few times and no bathrooms have the changing table so i just put his changing pad down lay the big boy bassinet/chair (I have a convertible bassinet to a big kid chair all in one) flat and boom diaper change. life saver!
The car seat is great for baby falls asleep in the car and you have to get out, but just like you said the bassinet is great for long days out! You guys are going to be amazing parents and are going to love it! 💜

Our uppababy Vista held up thru both of my kids and it was the ONLY stroller I used. Smooth ride, huge basket, great customer service. I ended up replacing the tires before passing it onto my friend. My daughter loved riding on the ride along board (piggyback) when her baby brother came along. You will love it!

We have a 12 week old and got the uppababy Vista. After 3 months of solid use we have no regrets it's the best! Baby loves to be in the bassinet and we take her for a walk around the neighborhood if she's being super fussy and she falls asleep! Loads of space in the basket if you're out for the day too x

We once had a squeaky wheel on our umbrella stroller and we called uppababy and they sent us all new wheels within a week. They have amazing customer service.
I love love my uppababy stroller it’s definitely lasted so many years and two kids later I’m so grateful how it’s folds up and into the trunk. It’s easily scratched though like the metal parts. You will love it!
Davis will love the longer handle because he’s tall, The wonderful stuff you have now is great, but my pet peeve is always make sure the base is strapped in tight! So cute

As a baggage handler, I highly suggest to check your stroller in at the ticket counter instead of gate checking it when traveling. Strollers generally get “tossed” into the bin of the aircraft when gate checked as opposed to properly stacked when checked in with your regular luggage. Just a suggestion. Ah the stroller was the most exciting purchase for me. Love! You’re going to use the car seat on the stroller a lot more than you realize - we have the same stroller, and I was so excited for the bassinet, but we only used it a handful of times. Trust me, If baby is asleep, while you’re out and about, you won’t want to wake him by taking him out of his seat to put him in the bassinet lol especially when he’s really little. That is the most amazing stroller, though!!! We have absolutely loved it. The storage is a lifesaver!
Also, I never tried the cup holder since it didn’t have the greatest reviews, but if it doesn’t work, the skip hop stroller organizer is awesome! I’ve used it for drinks etc the whole time :)

Such a great purchase- worth every penny! My hubby and I got the exact same setup (colors and all!) for our first baby, who’s eight months now. He’s so comfy in both the Nuna carrier and stroller seat. A few things we’ve learned along the way: 1. The stroller folds with the seat on as long as its facing forward. 2. The bassinet holds it shape once you click the sides into place underneath the fabric portion (unzip) 3. Fill that huge basket with as many Target + Nordstrom bags as possible 😝
How exciting. A good idea to get your dogs used to the baby before he’s here is, to search for baby crying noises and put it in your stroller or bassinet. Where ever your baby will be really. You can even get a doll and put them both together , I mean phone & baby. It means that it won’t be such a shock for them. Plus you can practise with them about how close they can be to the baby. It really does work xxx

If you decide you need a compact stroller (which you probably will because of airport travel), as a nanny I totally recommend the Colugo stroller. It’s the best stroller I’ve ever used to be so small.

Love the vista. I went with the city premier which I’ve used with 3 kids now plus a roller board and LOVE it. I picked it over that only bc of the wheels they were not good on my neighborhood sidewalks I tested out my neighbors. Then I have a city mini gt double for long outings which I also love. My brother used the bassinet as the newborn “bed” until my nephew was old enough to sleep in a crib. The uppababy is the best stroller system ever.

Love the vista. I went with the city premier which I’ve used with 3 kids now plus a roller board and LOVE it.
