Someone in my card making Facebook group recommended this video & she was right, this is a great tutorial!! I’ve never seen anyone use chipboard. I assumed people were using old cardboard boxes but that is such a hassle to deal with. This gray board gives you a clean surface to start with & a very sturdy result. Thanks. I subscribed to your channel & gave you a thumbs up.
Fabulous project Sam. Love it and I will be making one. My cutting plates and mats are constantly falling down. It’s a perfect solution for them. Thank you so much for sharing xx 😘
I love your storage boxes. I think I have made them all. 😜. This one is great and depending on where it’s located you can fit the long mats in there as well having them straight up. Thank you for sharing
Awesome idea!!! I love the paper you chose!!!💕 Hmm wheels are turning. What about doing them in different heights at least 3, and making a base that they can all rest on? So it would be tallest in back and shortest in front and maybe add a little square in the corner of the shortest one for pens and pencils,? It would help with storage containment and look very nice. Oh well lol, just a thought. 😉 Have a blessed day 🦋
You could definitely do something like that, they are lots of desk caddy storage on RUclips, check out Jen of Eve Designs she has made a beautiful one 😀
Oh, great idea for the punch boards! Mine are just laying willie nillie on a shelf. Coraling them in a box like this would be divine! I'll need to adjust the depth, though. Thanks for the idea, Robin. And thanks, Sam, for another superb tutorial!
Love these Sam! I have made a couple of your other sizes already but I'm thinking I may just have to make some new ones and create a "set" with matching papers!!! Love the simplicity of them and even my 11 year old loves these! Thanks for sharing!
Hi Sam, so love this storage. Do you think it would be strong enough to make the sides deeper so I can store my A5 stamp sets in there to hold between 10 - 15 sets please? Thank you Be
@@MixedUpCraft Thank you for your kind reply.Glad to hear the boxes will be strong enough. I mean by depth how far back it sits, rather than the height. I think the height will be perfect , for A5 stamps, but won't be able to fit many sets of stamps in 3 inches, so want to make it about 8 or 9 inches x
Love this storage idea Sam will definitely be making it, I'm glad I'm not the only one with bowed cutting plates no matter how hard I try they always bow any suggestions please xx
I really love your storage tutorials. I have already made some and will definitely be making more.
Brilliant idea, and lovely results!
This is gorgeous x
What an impressive idea to make your own. I love it. Thanks for sharing and I love the cat paper.
So pretty!

Love this. I can never keep up with my plates. Thank you!
Love your storage boxes also like how you do your corners so much neater than cutting the paper hoping not to reveal the grey board.😉
Gorgeous storage boxes 😍 love this ❤ thanks for sharing your creativity and great tutorial xx

Yes, it will be strong enough, take a look at my paper storage boxes as they are 6" & 8" high 😀
