Gelato Macaroons from Sams club are sooo mom (cake like w/gelato), others have an awesome sweet flavored cream inside and some have a really nasty taste to it too ... this hear looks hellla bomb!!! anything with heavy whipping cream mixed in, is mostly BOMB!!!
I've never had them either and I'd like to try them as well. I live in a small town so I'm not sure you can even get them around here but next time I see them I'll have to try them. And thanks Trinity O for explain what they taste like. Hopefully when I get the chance to try them I don't get the ones that taste nasty lol

After you put the bowl of meringue on the scale, zero it out (Tare) then start putting your almond flour in! You can do this with all your ingredients with different recipes (cakes, cookies, sauces, etc), but start with your lightest ingredients first as it may not register if you add them last (baking soda and salt before flour and sugar). Happy Baking!
