Very very good job and using Mediterranean ingredients in most your recipies .i don’t know if u have pomegranate sauce you can add to the minced fried meat .the plate of meat with rice we cook it almost the same but we add potato cubes to the meat or green peas and carrots sauté and we mix all these vegetables with the meat .good luck .from Beirut …

同年代あるあるですね（笑）私もトムとジェリー大好きでよく見てました。ジャングル大帝レオも好きでした。
以前から見てて思ったのですが中東のお料理はスープってあまり飲まないのですね。今回のシチューもスープ少なめですね。日本だと味噌汁はもちろんですがシチューも飲む物って感じなのでとても不思議です。お料理は本当に国によっていろいろですね。

こんにちは😊ビタミンカラー、いい言葉ですね🎉私も取り入れたいって思いました。ココ、ご挨拶がまた一段と上手になりましたね♪犬の視力、確か習ったけど忘れちゃったw現代のワンちゃんは、せっかくの嗅覚を使うより、目や耳を使っている感じがします。嗅覚を使うことはワンちゃんにはすごく刺激があって、ストレス発散にもなります。ノーズワークという遊び？があって、第一段階はワンちゃんが好きなおやつを隠して、「サーチ」のコマンドで探させます。最初は目で探しますが、次第に鼻を使うようになります。なかなか見つけれないときは、少し待ってから、一歩、また一歩と隠した場所へ近づきます。見つけれたら褒めてあげます。出来なかったら、最後は手でかなり近くまで教えて、必ず見つけて終わります。
ノーズワークは知育トレーニングにもなるし、老犬になってからおうちの中での運動にも繋がり、ボケ防止にもなるし良いですよ！
若いうちは、雨の日などの運動不足解消にもなるので、ご参考になれば🎉
