My family and I were there in August it was the greatest vacation I ever had. Everything was excellent the food the staff, the entertainment i mean everything was just fabulous I can not wait to go again next year.
I did the mistake to stay there for 6 nights Dec 18 thru 23 2023. Al inclusive they said. First off No water botles in rooms. You have a empty mini bar. We was in the undestanding that room was ocean view next to ocean but no it was way tucked inside all you could see was palm trees and way way out some water. They dont tell you that in that resort theres two types of citizens. The Grand oasis blue bracelets guest that represents low end class and you get not even a coffe at the other high class citizens PYRAMID black bracelet world. Yeah if you are an adult blue bracelet all inclusive you cant get a decent drink and no brand alcohol just awfull stuff. Another thing is that you cant go to all the restaurants inside that resort reserved for black bracelet. At the other Restaurants theres long long lines to get in. All the good restaurants are reserved for only pyramid black bracelets. Other alarming and disapointing thing to endure is that once you get there you cant just ask them to return your dignity and a refund. They have a non refundable policy in place and you have to suck it in and stay there like in a prison. Many many families we encountered were upset and could not believe the fraud that was manicured in the web site to make them think that they were getting a good vacation deal. Its made up to get people to buy in GRAND OASIS SCAM. If only they would would make a statement of this two types of class " ALL INCLUSIVE". Obviously no one would fall for it. So i have WARNED YOU. And i have so much more to say but im just glad its over. Never to return there again. Note. Its an old Resort and at Oasis you get old rooms, bad liquour, No bottled water unless you go hunt them down untill they give you a couple bottles, the pools are nice, the beach is really good and if you want to upgrade and buy a cabana at the bottom of the exclussive restaurant White Box. Its extra but well worth it and you get good drinks and good food included with the day purrcahse of cabana. ask for DORISLEO. He trully saved our vacation.

A Black Braclet doesn’t help this dump it was raining in the rooms during Valentine’s Day week people were sitting outside rooms, food is horrible, no Help!!!! No upgrades , no Beach seats it’s Just Horrible you have been warned.
To be honest, black bracelets don’t help that much. You still get pretty bad service and the number of additional restaurants are not worth the price. Besides, you still have to pay in a few of them if you want to eat there, so it doesn’t make sense to call it “all inclusive” if you can’t get it all.

Just stayed here this week due to a flight cancellation and believe me this review is NOTHING like what we experienced. The rooms were full of mold and absolutely disgusting. The food was disgusting and we will NEVER go back to this resort.

I went here last here and really didn't enjoy my stay honesty. The drinks are terrible and aren't strong at all, the food is below average. I stayed in the beach side suite which sucked because the palm tree they lay right in front of the entire beach completely blocks your view. There was no room service. The mini fridge wasn't even working in my room and it only had like 4 beers in it. The pools were way over crowded as well. AND I got covid while staying here.... will never return.

I was just there for one night a couple of nights ago. WORSE hotel I have ever stayed in. Extremely dirty, the food was uneatable, we actually left the hotel to eat. My pillow smelled like sweat so bad I had to put my own clothes on the pillow as pillow cases, everything in the room was broken or disgusting, the “white” towels were more like gray/brown/yellow. There was no comforter or blankets on the beds, only the fitted and flat sheet. It’s loud, full of drunk people, there was a couch covered in puke at one point. From the moment we stepped a foot in the hotel we could tell it was going to bed bad. The reception area is so dirty, the glass doors COOOVERED in finger prints and the mirrors behind the desks also were dirty, if they don’t care to keep the FRONT DESK area clean they don’t really care about much else. Run for the hills from this hotel, there way better hotels you can spend your money at.

Definitely a party resort. Make reservations every morning for dinner and lunch. The buffet food option is garbage. This is for the big groups of people that want to party. Not relax.
I've been here in my younger days. You don't come here to relax. It can really be an S show. The food is absolutely horrible also. The fact that any publication would rank this resort Top 10 for food is laughable. They clearly paid them off. And there is no nightlife after 11pm at the resort, if you want to keep partying you are expected to go downtown and party there after hours at Coco Bongos, The city or Mandala beach night club. But if you're looking to let loose go during American March break.

Fan diversión 10 puntos clean 10 points beach 10 the room bad 2 points dinner 0 no open restaurant for many people no son sufícientes los restaurant para tanta gente siempre hay algunos cerrado nada que ver a las 11 olvídate todo cerrado por la pandemia horrible ósea de día espectacular los show espectacular 10 de 10 Kynki o algo así notable peo lo peor en la noche colas para la comida en alguno que contre una noche para el día de los enamorados porque la gente desistió de tanta espera una vergüenza la comida y después a las 11 olvídate de tragos nunca me llenaron la nevera una muerda pero la diversión en la playa 10 no voy a volver a Mexico a la vejjjjja
