Before giving a wake-up call to one of your loyal and competent employees, why not give one to your daughter?
And once again, a company fails due to nepotism
Agreed
Yes
...But it didn't fail.
I mean, it didn't excel either.
@@KOkami03 Not until Keiichi took charge again.
You might want to add "almost" to your statement 😅
Okay I'm genuinely surprised that Mr Shibata actually scolded his daughter Mai after listening to Keiichi and Yui's advice and took it to heart 😊 and it's also sweet that Keiichi and Yui are actually dating too.🥰
It actually makes sense when she single-handedly lost them their biggest client. Money talks in a voice he cannot ignore.
What Mai said is completely untrue. No matter what country you worked at if you're late you get reprimanded for being late especially if you're five minute late. One-two minute is fine, but three-four you'll get reprimanded. Later then four you'll get a write up which if it build up enough can lead to your termination. Japan work culture prefer you to either be early or on time and don't tolerate lateness not even a minute late.
Given what she said, she must have spent a considerable amount of time in a country where they're not as strict on punctuality as the other nations.
I heard that some Latina countries are actually that lax, to the point that coming in on time looks shady. That said, arriving late in Canada or the US on a rare occasion can be forgiven to a client, and there is a 5 minute wiggle room for employees to show up at work due to traffic.
However, consistency is still a kiIIer in North America.
I get raked over the coals if I’m two minutes late!
@@Maninawig Once in a LONG while.. understandable, sometimes there is an accident on the roads or power outages that make people late.
When its multiple times a week? Thats a no go in nearly every country.
I'll be honest... I'm actually quite happy with the resolution.
Yes, Mai is clearly overconfident and fails to grasp the nuance of her job, but it comes off less like "I delusionally reject your reality!" and more "I'm used to things going my way" combined with her daddy being a bit too prone to overestimating and indulging his daughter. She seems to genuinely be able to admit and realize her mistakes once it's pointed out and explained. Seems to me the main problem with her was she and her dad assuming she'd automatically succeed without any experience, and assuming that 'living abroad = can do great anywhere'.
Granted, I get Keiichi wanting little to do with her except as a colleague, at that. Growing pains or not, I wouldn't really want to have to deal with mentoring her either.
Poor Keiichi, all of stories I read today, he's the one who I don't saw rest XD
sadly, i'm still on lockdown. familiar story, anyone?
I Like This Manga Couples Romance 🎉❤
Mai has a long way to go before she can try to do things right with the company and Keiichi was right to remind her not to be late all the time to work
i'm getting this vibe from this clip 8 days ago about my ex-boss story mixed with yesterday on my gf's lover took credit story. this art style and character design would show up from 9 days ago from my bro got married story. this is the first time we get a female antagonist who's from abroad that ISN'T yui, noa, nagisa or kanae. and also the first where NO ONE got punished. that's rare.
Dude like I always say never judge a book by its cover, but still, he almost made a fine mess of everything. Oh man, you were almost swimming with the sharks.
Mai has a long way to go before she can be a good employee, but it's nice that she's working hard to improve herself and not cause anymore problems for the company after taking Keiichi and Yui's advice.😌 And it's sweet how Keiichi and Yui became a couple.🥰
Nice AoHaru Manga Library and Mai name sounds like from the King of Fighters Antonio Lopez San here and for my Original Julio Lopez Kun Thanks,Grãcias and ありがとう😉🤝👍🏼😄🙂
Indeed Antonio-Kun My friend another satisfying office romance story from Aoharu Manga library today.😊👍
@@PabloHernandez-gl5ij yeah Pablo😄
Good morning🎉🌆🌇🌄🌅🌤☀️🌞😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Not being late is a mind obligation if you do sales, if an imprevist happens, is ok, is out of your control, but being late for no reason is a breach of trust in many places, doenst mater if you grew up abroad
Holy Horror Mansion
In the beginning I thought the MC was going to quit but then he realized that if he quit the company might go under but what number people he's not doing this for the CEO and the CEO's daughter he's doing it for his colleagues and his soon to be girlfriend the FMC he's a kind and hardworking person it doesn't matter if he's the employee and we should all treat our employees equally it doesn't matter if it's the boss the manager or anyone we should always treat them the same way
In stories like these I think that the MC is actually part of the problem. ANY company that is so dependent on a single employee, hell even five employees, is doomed to failure eventually. It's also dumb as hell that the CEO of the freaking company has no idea how important the job of a section of his own company is, its so dumb in fact that it makes no sense. I mean they should have had to deal with this problem before it it happened so fast here, if it was this bad it should have been a problem the first time he went on vacation. So did Keiichi never take a vacation before this? And what the !@#$ was his female colleague even their for? It seems to me that she was just their to be Keiichi's girlfriend because she certainty wasn't helping anything.
I really wanted to like this one, I really did, but the sheer unavailability of this scenario combine with the rather sub par for this channel characters just made it feel blasé to me.
And once
Afterstory: Keichi is being scolded by the director because he give Mai some advice, that's why Yui and the other employees also quit. In fact, they heard their conversation. Plus, Mai never handle her project on her own without rely on someone else. Not only she late but also made multiple mess and almost lost the contracts. Thanks to Keichi, everything is under control. Wen the director found out he underestimated his daughter, it's too late. After all, they got a lot nerves showing up here after what they did to Keichi. Especially Mai, she wants to make up with Keichi but he passed.
Extra : Since Keichi made his own company, which multiple clients cooperative with him. Many of his colleagues asked him if he wants to hired them and he did. However, Keichi is not done with Mai and her father. When they found out how reliable Keichi is, they begging him for forgiveness. But multiple employees said, " You never know why your company went downhill because of your spoiled daughter Mai. Mai is a little white lotus, she always late and when something important, she just slacking off. If it t wasn't because of Keichi, things never went smoothly." When the president heard, he untimely fired the director and Mai. Now, the director's wife divorced him because of the gossiping and he always spoiled Mai. No companies wants to hired him because of his blacklist and his mid age. And so his job is working at the janitor to clean the toilets, while Mai work at the factory where she face the mocking by the workers. As for Keichi and Yui, of course we can see that they are dating.
I never heard Mr. Shibata saying 'You're fired!' towards Keiichi face to face on your afterstory part.
This isn’t an after story, it’s completely different from what actually happened in the story.
It’s clear you didn’t watch the whole thing if this is what you wrote for an after story.
A lot of Aoharu stories tend to repeat plot points.
The moment you can't understand the value of the small things, then you will have a hard time understanding the value of the bigger things. A clock is big, but it can't move without the smaller parts. Janitors don't earn the big bucks, but without them, the entire building will lack in maintenance, leading to problems or overall affect the health of the entire workplace. When employees are sick, it will affect work and overall company performance which can lead to delays and damages. Learn the value of the little things in life. It helps you see what's important. I'm glad Mai learned how to be humble. Unlike other characters, she actually puts in effort and is willing to learn.
Mai’s poor time management skills nearly cause damage to her father’s company. At least, her father realize that he overestimated his daughter and keeps her away from his important clients now😅
haiz I'm sickly with those couple of father and daughter, keiichi only remind her not be late because is you late the whole systems company is going to slowing down because you late causing everyone else having to do overtime work and might be causing losing entrusted from theirs partner who wants to deal with them
Japan is very strict about employee who's going late to work. They will see if the employee is worthy or not working in society
I like how even the boss realized how big of a deal it is having Keiichi leave the company, but still choose his daughter over him.
I don't know why AoHaru won't upload the second video of the day on either their second or third channel.
Mai is incompetent. She's not Kim Possible
Lol.
No, she isn't. She's just not used to the way things are done in Japan and had a long way to go to learn.
Hoo 😮
For once to the channel, the FAC _'Mai'_ actually turned 180-degrees to learn from scratch - I'm in love that kind of character developments...
Also, the story is (probably) the first to have accidental _'omnibus settings'_ ; IMO, this story is the best of all the channel's episodes ❤
I remember one colleague who was 'special'.
Once the supervisor reminded him that he was 5 minutes late. He replied that he improved since he was 10 minutes late the day before.
The supervisor just sighed and went back to his desk.
Mai really thought that she was an AoHaru protagonist: at first being the one who studied abroad and returned a superstar, and at the end being the antagonist-turned-love-interest.
Kinda glad Keiichi broke that mould.
🍿
Why did Keiichi not accept to mentoring Mai? I get that she had an aggressive and spoiled attitude at first, but is seems like she wants to do better, she's just rough around the edges and could really benefit from Keiichi's guidance.
Because being a mentor is stressful. And with Mai's streak, Keiichi will have a bald spot early on for constantly tearing his hair out.
1:11💜 i think she is right, just because she is there she dont need to act like others around her. Its not like she was born there. What a waste for her she was pretty
Another company falling victim to nepotism
10:53 Yeah but it takes a long time to build what they build if they do it faster they might damage the whole thing lots of construction workers might get hurt that's why they had to extend the deadline
I won't save the very company that fried me no good reason
I'm glad the MC was able to save the former company and to go somewhere else in which he's really appreciate.
Also, considering the attitude of the Boss's daughter, the MC would have rejected her *no matter what* (I mean: she's arrogant, selfish and too egocentric).
Kenichi didn't leave the company at all, he simply made his boss correct him so that he would stop spoiling his daughter even more, so he gave the green light for her to change and become a competent employee and perhaps less narcissistic.
Amazing story! Serves Mai and her dad right! For being mean to Keichi, playing favoritism, acting all high and mighty and for causing so much problem at the company. They deserve to be punished. Keichi made a good choice of quitting and fixing the mess Mai made because of her selfish and arrogant attitude. The way Yui trying to help Keichi to clear the misunderstanding was one of the greatest choice she made. Also, Keichi rejecting Mai's request of asking him out for dinner was definitely satisfying. In conclusion, I wish Keichi and Yui good luck as a couple.😊🖤🤎💖
Hell no. I don’t care if they called him back for help after realizing they messed up. They told him ANYONE can do HIS JOB. Chew me out for reminding someone to be on time, ESPECIALLY THE PRESIDENTS DAUGHTER, I will never return unless the president and his daughter are fired
Over estimating your capabilities whiteout accounting for your actual skill set won’t work out. Especially if it’s in a field unrelated to the skills you gained abroad as Mari did. Her father dinner train her in how things work in Japan to equal things out.
I’ve said it once before and I’ll say it again don’t hire your spoiled kids in your company or the company you work for if you want that company to survive
Afterstory: Mai tried asking someone else to be her mentor but due to her personality they all said no and because of that she had no choice but to resign and she was having a hard time finding a new job until her mom’s heard about her situation and offered to to hire her and her company and be her mentor, Mai accepted the offer but her new boss told her that she won’t go easy on her.
Alternate Story: After Keiichi quit the company, Mai begged him to come back as the company went under. Before Keiich could answer, his sister Noa who is the CEO of the rival company Doki Doki Industries refused to give Keiichi back telling her she made her brother quit. Meanwhile back at Keiichi's old company, Yui and the other employees quit the company and joined Doki Doki Industries. As a result, Keiichi's old company went bankrupt and Mai and her father are now homeless blaming each other. As for Keiichi and Yui, his sister Noa asked "When are you two going to get married?" Keiichi and Yui's are growing stronger. End.
I don’t know what I find more interesting. Sato staying with them and bailing them out hard.
Or his (rightly) turning down being anywhere near that brat and still getting a promotion from it.
well i can say in the united states being late to work isn't good...yup i agree with keiichi, you keep telling me i'm not needed then i'm leaving
Again, hire people based on their ability and experience, not because you share blood.
Can't blame Keiichi for turning that girl down at the near end...
10 minutes late??? That shows how irresponsible and unreliable you are! No business want an employee like that
Man, that woman was really lucky. MC stepped in and corrected the course in time, and I am glad that she is getting better.
I like this story. Neither the MC nor antagonist was chewed out or lost in the end 👍
well at leas she feel remorse for what she did so yea not that bad
Isn't Keiichi tired of being super popular and constantly running from one job to another? :)
Is he a gigachad or someone else?
It's rare to see a reform
lol nepotism again
