Afterstory: Because Syuuji not only betrayed Keich, but also take Keichi's credits, when his father heard, he apologised to Keichi about it. Keichi forgive him because he is a decent person and he told him it's not his fault. Syuuji's father didn't fired him but he made to reflect his actions so Syuuji became an ordinary employee. As for Keichi's former colleagues, they were being fired by the CEO because they were standing Syuuji's side. Keichi was being fired by Syuuji but good thing that Yui noticed him and so she hired him. Keichi tells Yui and his new colleagues about how Syuuji take his credits and betrayed him. Long story short his former colleagues started whispering on him saying he is a jerk. After being fired, he work as a security guard. Long story short, that's what happens. Hearing this, Yui and her employees felt awful. They know Keichi is reliable, trustworthy person but they never expected that he was being bullied. So, they decided to stand Keichi's side.
Extra: Now, Syuuji's bad reputation being spread out. He felt uncomfortable with gossiping so he resigned, and his father who is the CEO kick him out because he never take his work seriously. When Syuuji and his former colleagues heard about Yui's company thriving, they want Keichi and Yui for hire them. However, Keichi, Yui and her employees are not done with them because the way of betrayed were unforgivable and they got a lot of nerves showing up here after what they did to Keichi. As for his former colleagues, well they work as the janitor to clean the toilets. As for Keichi and Yui, many colleagues knows their relationship and asked them when will they dating. Both of them holding their hands, and apparently they already dating.

Honestly, the antagonist wasn't really a villain here. He simply lacked the understanding of how companies work and focused too hard on recognition. Therefore, he lacked the support to cover his weaknesses.

Add in that he’s the CEO’s son, is under a lot of pressure to live up to his father’s standards, and unlike other examples on this channel he’s not sitting on his laurels or intentionally trying to bankrupt his father’s company but instead working hard. The problem is that not even his father seems to give him any guidance and now have just thrown him under the bus without even a second thought only telling him to “reflect” on his “failings”.

Basically the antagonist was so jealous of the MC that almost doomed a whole company because he couldn't stand to see the MC "being good at work"...imbecile.

It's nice that Yui asked Keichi to work at her company after everything that happened to him at his previous company. He's really amazing. It felt satisfying seeing Syuuji being scolded and taught a lesson by the president (his dad), Yui and everyone. In conclusion, I wish Keichi and Yui good luck as partners until they become a couple!😊🖤🤎💖

Here I thought Syuuji-san would attempt to do nasty stuffs but overall even though he was incompetent, he actually worked hard by himself to get the contracts his company wants. But unfortunately him working hard without a concrete strategy were bound to make mistakes and one of the biggest mistakes is that he did all by himself without relying on other colleagues.
He should be grateful initially Keiichi-san was there to help mend all those problems he caused earlier, but I'm glad Keiichi found another company that actually appreciated his work efforts.
