    Westside!!!!
I also can't imagine living anywhere else but on the Westside. The ease to Downtown and the mountains can't be beat. I absolutely love it.

100% agree, to me there is no better area in Denver to live. The suburbs themselves, their locations, and having the best of the city and mountains, can’t be beat!

If only one could get a 1BR with a garage, no HOA fees, proximity to the mountains, airport, rock climbing gym, and Costco all at the same time. And also teleportation to Las Vegas in the winter

That would be an awesome find - depending on your price point you might find something close to that. Appreciate you watching!

I lived (2010-'17) in Five Points in the San Rapheal Historic District a few blocks north of Colfax for over 7 years and LOVED IT :D *Also lived near Sloan's Lake twice and it was great too. Used to put my son in a stroller and walk to the lake :) Great memories

Please make some videos in low-home priced area and indicate the metro area and public transportation in low-home priced area and indicate how long it is far away from Denver to reach to work.
    Most Regards

I think that’s going to be very job specific, and you’re more than likely going to look at places closer to down town Denver.
