This webinar explores the multi-layered legal standards governing populations affected conflict settings, focusing on the interplay between international human rights, armed conflict, and refugee laws, with a focus on health. It also examines why new international treaties may not resolve persistent policy and operational gaps, and different ways to improve accountability.
