Just listen to Trotti end of story! He's not only giving you the perfect setup he's coaching you to match the technicals. He's telling you that you have the ability to make a tweak to your swing to optimise the outcome whereas sometimes I think you want to change the club in the belief that will optimise it but that ain't it.

Love the 5 wood ❤
Trottie is the man!!
Really interesting content Micah. Thanks for sharing.
Good luck, swing looking good! I like ppl that can hit long irons, I use them vs. fairway woods.
Letsss gooo! Love the vid
So I’ve played graphite shafts for 2 seasons and love them. Are you contemplating going graphite in the putter and wedges for more feel and control? That’s the next testing I’m currently doing. I know you play the KBS steel shaft why not try the graphite? What about axiom shafts in the wedges? Just curious. Glad to see someone of your status even give graphite a chance wish other big names would give it a shot and see the benefits of it
I guess this is the trip where I saw you at PBI. Cool stuff. Thanks for uploading
What shaft would you recommend for a high swing speed player? My driver swing speed is 138mph average, 200 mph ball speed. My 7 iron swing speed is 113mph average my last Foresight and Flightscope session. I use X7 hard stepped but I'm looking to switch to a graphite shaft that can handle my speed
I love this video man keep it up!
May 5th? really Micah? I was in Carlsbad on the 5th for a fitting with Cobra and Brandon Dickinson. Was an incredible time out there. Got to play The Crossings, Encinitas Ranch and Aviara. Was an incredible experience.
The problem with Fujikura shafts is that they cost more than the best heads on premium steel shafts.
Trottie is 100% on the money, a player of Tig's ability should be able to hit a half dozen different shots with that 5 wood.
You need someone like Trottie on your bag for these tournaments. Someone who is honest, will tell you what to do without any fluff, and can do it with conviction because of their experience. I think it would go a long way to help your mental throughout a round. You have incredible talent, but it seems like you haven't developed the trust in yourself to make a decision and commit to execution (at least on the golf course). It's not easy. It's fun to watch you play and I wish the best for you, Micah.
