I believe I’ve watched pretty much every one of your videos and a lot of them multiple times. You are my go to guy whenever I have a question about a job I’m doing or about to start. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and expertise with us! I wanted to ask you if you install the kitchen cabinets on these big trim jobs as well? Just wondering because I don’t believe I’ve ran across any videos of you installing prebuilt cabinets. Thanks again sir! If there is videos and I missed them, please disregard. Lol
I own so much from Dino, and to have you two together was great to see! Great video, great showcase of some new innovations coming out for our field, and now I have to give him some more of money!
Your garage shop was nice, but the move to your separate building is stellar! You not only have a great building but are adding assets that will improve productivity and profit 👊 That system is way cool!
Great demo! I bought the Vacpad Woodshop System few months back. Great product and a very affordable alternative to the now discontinued Festool Vac Sys.
I almost skipped this video ? Spencer I just don’t hv the room however like most that work from my house ( converted garage) and my van I build one cabinet at a time and either store here or deliver and go back. So adding a beautiful clamping table would not be productive cause I would hv to build on my roof. But the added really great tools like the scribe, and light , coping sled are great ! Once again hat tip , Thk U Spencer!
Excellent use of off the shelf pneumatic components. I highly recommend incorporating flow controls on the cylinder advance at the minimum. Ease it in there nice and gentle, will reach full pressure over a second instead of instantly. Keep up the great work
I worked at a wood shop and they had a couple of these tables but ours had a heater built into the bottom tray that would heat and cook the glue to dry it much faster
I developed a similar pneumatic system on my CNC which clamps wood to a corner clamp. It’s great for production runs and use it all the time to quickly swap boards and repeat job. The only time I use two sided tape is when I’m cutting completely through the stock so pieces don’t fly out. The air is hooked up to a foot pedal or throttle and clamp sits on back end past where the gantry reaches. All I have to do is place scraps between clamp until it reaches material. A couple of pneumatic clamps with hoses, foot pedal and lines only cost me $80.
Will that coping sled work with long edges on complex curved pieces? or at the very least could a customer modify it to work as such? 10-20 inches is probably the ranges of curves I would have. I'm looking for some kind of sled or jig that will safely hold curved pieces so I can flush trim/pattern route them. I was having trouble with the router trying to throw the pieces and that just wasn't safe.
Nice video as usual! I just have a question about the Swede ink, is it removable if you don't want to take the whole line or do you have to sand it off? Thanks for the heads up on these tools.
What makes it friction slides for the table? Metal on metal with no lube maybe@? I would assume not but have to ask to make ensure lifetime of tools and tooling. Like many of the other items just questions on one
I like the concept. Are you at all concerned about dust creating issues with the friction fit. I personally would like to see a different type of system rather then friction fit. I understand trying to keep it affordable but cheaper is not usually better over the long run. I am guessing that even though you didn't show it as an option that the clamps can also be used in a horizontal orientation as well. Is that the case also?
for the swede style marking gauges, how do people get them into the corner of the hinge side, blocked by the door? I have wondered that for a bit. It's hard to get the pen around past the door with the door open, and if the door is closed, it will block you from placing the swede where it needs to go. I have been considering a design for a bit with a thin metal ridge for a reference edge, so the ridge fits inside the margin for the door, but I am surprised how many versions are on the market that seem to have the same oversight. Am I missing something here? Are you guys just standing behind the door as you try to open the door and mark the line? or are you marking your margin off a ladder so that you can reach over the door as it's partially open?
I worked in the cabinet industry (3rd largest cabinet manufacturer in the world at the time)for years and all of our frames were pocket holes and assembled on this type of table. I’d been in supervision for 12 years and built cabinets on the side. One of the owners approached me about buy an older one he had as it was being replaced. He knew I did cabinets on the side and offered it to me for $1000 I bought it immediately!!! It was 5x8 and all steel. (At the time it wasn’t a consumer product and all and sold for over 10,000 new. Absolutely great concept

Two of the best guys in the game! Great video!
Don’t forget yourself Josh beautiful custom cabinets you make your no joke !
Nice. Love to see small business owners bringing products like this to the market.
I built many cabinets with the face frame table. 20 years ago. Pride in our work.

Glad you liked the video and that you're supporting Kouros! He's a great guy to work with.

Love seeing the small business Entrepeneur's.... Keep up the good work! Really like the sander light - very useful!
I have a KREG table at work. I will definitely take a look at this system.
Smart addition to your shop Spencer. This is going to be so incredibly helpful in your builds.
Absolutely awesome system at a great price
Some great tools, will definitely have to check the out. Thanks for sharing.
Very neat ideas and good looking tools.
Ready to see that in action.

It is regular ink. Raw wood you can sand it off. Prefinished you'd want to take the whole line.
Another great video!! When are you going to post the miter wings build?
They are next to be released and will roll out over the next month.
That pneumatic table will makes for some Crispy joints. Need to pick myself up some of the accessories for sure! Great looking tools Dino 👍
Dino is the man!
Great seeing the collaboration!

Love it. Dino is the man !
I came late to the clam clamp party. Now I’m glad I did.

The feet interlock pretty well when the clamp is engaged. I wouldn't really call it a friction fit, it is mechanical to a certain extent.
Was a nice take on an entrepreneur, glad to see you are broadening your horizons.👍🏝️🇨🇦
Fantastic tools !!!
Is there enough pressure for doors?
This looks like a light version of the Ritter Clamping System.

I want to try four of them on my cnc
where do i get the swede scribe tool's ink refills?
See the top pinned commend or video description for refills link.
Great products !!!!!
And hear i am saving for festool domino😂😂
Nice idea but there are some areas that the Castle Assembly table is better, especially for face frame construction.
I made one of these from scratch with my father-in-law 8 years ago.

What about spilled glue build up
It's easy to scrap off. That's why you want to use a material with a melamine type face.
Would love if they sold the STL files for those of us with 3d printers
That's wouldn't be in the inventors best interests because we all know that the files would just end up getting open sourced.
Nice job Spencer. Way to spread it around and help others out.
What is total cost for everything we see
cool
*Welcome BaCK*
hello
Just when I thought my tool budget was safe for the year...
noone is going to want to deal with that friction fit. make it a cam system
Please stop saying “game changer”
That is all.
Understood. LOL
