Wow! The beginning, talking about how Pam helped with holding the light and her connection. I did my first Sunday meditation where we all Imagine holding hands and then do our meditation together. I had an extremely positive an enlightening meditation. But it's not so much that particular time during meditation, but what happened after. That night, my husband commented on my appearance. In a very lovely way, not so unusual. He is a wonderful person and often gives me compliments. So, you might say, I took this for granted. But then the following morning we ran into a neighbor across the street who had never met me before. She just moved in and had met my husband briefly a few days prior she took one, look at me and started gushing about I glowed. Commenting how beautiful I was, and my skin. Just glowed with light. Later that evening, we had a meeting with the community, and I met someone for the first time Who said almost the exact same thing. Now my husband was interested, and what was going on. Then I thought back to my meditation and the divine white light that I had experienced and felt deep within me, apparently it had some lasting effects. So now every Sunday you can fully expect me to be meditating with Pam, and people from all over the world holding hands in the light. Thank you ❤ love and light.
This is so true. I am a lightworker and when I work with the light it reverses the age clock considerably! I am 47 and people always think I’m in my 30s. Bless! I call it Light Cosmetic Surgery as I have a sense of humour 😂😘💗
@marnie773 That makes sense! (I'm 64) I've been on this path for most of my adult life. But I moved to the country 4 years ago. I literally live in a cabin, in the woods I do all my meditation in the woods. Things have really picked up!

For the last couple weeks when I meditate I've been seeing my body (starting from the head down) dissolve into a pure crystalline light liquid- type energy. I then see it pulsating outwards to and through all things. And it's so easy to visualise. This energy is here for all of us to tap in to. (Now I'll carry on watching). Thank you Pam, much love ❤💎✨
My first NHI (ET) contact is with an underground group in New Mexico. I had a lucid dream 2/15/2023, I drew the picture of the being. Several months later at a CE5 event I showed my drawing to the other retreat attendees, was told my ET looks like Pnti ET's below the Sandie Mountains, here to protect Earth's water and oceans. I am able to see his face when I meditate and get questions answered when I ask. What really changed my life was this lucid dream was followed by face to face with Mother Gaia. I have been reading the missing books of the.Bible that were removed because they were considered "fiction" AND the book of creation they held back from bible spoke about "god" creating adam and eve as light bodies in their original form...and so much more. We r alive in a time when we r seeing ourselves as we were meant to be by our creator..and things r being put in my path to allow me to keep ascending and remembering. Now i know why i came here now despite the painful times. So glad to keep finding fellow souls along this journey..and for me..Pam has been a large part of helping me thru this discovery

I believe this revelation from Martha about the forest beings makes sense as to why we are having so many fires in California. Are "they" trying to snuff them out? Appreciate Martha mentioning that trauma and its aftermath cannot be simply bypassed but need to be processed by the physical and emotional bodies. I was a family therapist for a time and trauma of several types including PTSD was a stubborn problem for clients and contacts I had. Nice to have spiritual perspective here on it since all healing is ultimately spiritual.

I’m from Santa Barbara, CA and am in contact with a Chumash Shaman in Spirit. The Chumash used great numbers of crystals all over Santa Barbara. I have gone with this shaman and gone by Vision to one of the Channel Islands in his Topol boat and did a crystal ceremony there. I call this Shaman Grey Wolf. Appreciate Martha mentioning that trauma and its aftermath cannot be simply bypassed but need to be processed by the physical and emotional bodies. I was a family therapist for a time and trauma of several types including PTSD was a stubborn problem for clients and contacts I had. Nice to have spiritual perspective here on it since all healing is ultimately spiritual.

I’m from Santa Barbara, CA and am in contact with a Chumash Shaman in Spirit. The Chumash used great numbers of crystals all over Santa Barbara. I have gone with this shaman and gone by Vision to one of the Channel Islands in his Topol boat and did a crystal ceremony there. I call this Shaman Grey Wolf. I am also in touch wih other Faeries and beings of nature….…and Apus ( Sacred Mountains)of Peru and also middle earth, city of Amenti.🙏🏼💙I also have a connection with Lemuria and have memories of living in Lemuria….

I'm in love with everything about this conversation thank you ladies for bringing it to us! I'm fascinated by the discussion of Middle Earth and the beings of consciousness that live there, like 10 years ago I was doing Sandra Walter meditations on Sundays and would see amazing worlds that we could build during the global healing focus. Years later here in Miami a friend tells me about Telos, a Middle Earth world that has the refugee lemurians from the arcturian world destruction living underneath Mount Shasta in California. When I listened to recorded transmissions of channelings about that world, it matched to a T with what I saw during my Sandra Walter global healing meditations! Exactly what you're talking about. I feel so many energies and shift happening in and around me and can only BE at present. The english language is very restrictive and feel soon we will not need to speak to communicate. We are ALL one and interconnected and the speed of changes happening is exciting and fascinating. Have to pinch myself at times. ❤
The word "sentient" came to me in 2020 from my guides. To see everything that is alive as sentient beings. I also saw the web of connection for the 1st time December 20, 2020 during the great conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn which we're coming upon again. I see this as a spider web of light as large ss the sky and it's so incredibly overwhelming ✨✨✨ in the most beautiful way. It's gorgeous. The more we all start to talk about our experiences with the Light, the more remembering comes in for us all. I'm calling my 11th book of poetry of channeled messages from the Divine,"My Soul's Stretches, exercises in remembering". This is happening un waves and ripples. Thus explains my soul's work here as a shaman, helping guide others through their own journey of remembering. It's a beautiful and humbling honor. I've begun seeing myself as a light being that has been getting stronger and more common since the beginning of the year. I channel the inner earth beings, the Iceland beings, the Fae, Metatron, Elohim and others; and on solstice I was at 9k feet altitude in Colorado and received a MASSIVELY HUGE channeling about the earth's release from the 'dark forces' and I saw the imagery of large, black, bird-looking feet with large talons. My latest experience was waking up after a sleep to my garden and surroundings being made entirely of clear quartz and selenite crystals.. When I see these things I know that I am being reminded of..
