Gotta say: as much as I LOVE all of the legends in this video, let's take a moment to realize the sad inequity between the genders. We would NEVER see a video compilation of male actors who left the big screen to be parents. I hope to see this evened out in the future. Men should have the opportunity to bow out of their careers and become fathers just as much as women being mothers.
Men don’t think like that, we’re protectors/providers mentors naturally by natural order sod nature. Women are natural nurture/coddle & nesters... Happiest women I’ve met have correlation, they married well and started families focusing on their children & husband, most SAHM focusing on domestic family side of family while husband provider/protected brought home financially to support family. Men as SAHH isn’t natural. Most miserable women I’ve met are ones who married beneath them, married made kids with man who doesn’t do better than them, become semi common and why so many women in these situations are so miserable.
Poor Bridget Fonda. Talk about going downhill. That's a Kelly McGillis or Yasmeen Bleeth level reversal in looks. She was so hot when she was younger. She went from a dream girl so far above me it's ridiculous to someone I wouldn't date even if she offered to pay for a 5 star dinner since I wouldn't want to be seen in public with her. What happened?
I WOULD NEVER HAVE EXPECTED BRIDGET TO END LIKE THIS SHE WAS VERY PRETTY AND SLIM TO END LIKE THIS IT IS INCREDIBLE AND EVEN UNNATURAL HER FATHER GRAND AUNT WHO WERE ALSO GREAT ACTORS NEVER ENDED UP WITH THAT OVERWEIGHT
Kelly LeBrock in Weird Science and Woman In Red are shows of true quality movie entertainment. The disaster of her marriage with Steven Seagal was too easily predictable. Debra Winger with Theresa Russel in Black Widow was so good that I purchased the DVD for permanent record. And, I am going to say it - I do not believe that is a photo of Bridget Fonda.
Danica McKellar has already come back into the limelight because I have seen her in ten times as many Christmas movies as I have seen her in episodes of The Wonder Years .
We saw Kelly LeBrock, and Steven Segal, at a wine tasting event, in Santa Ynez, Ca. Probably 25 years ago....and it was actually sad. Both of them trying to hold on to there youth, but clearly, not succeeding. Happy for her, that she chose the path of peace and quiet. She is still a hottie in our minds. Good choice, Kelly.

I would love to see phoebe cates make a comeback
Us too! We miss her. What other types of video would you like to see?
Danica McKeller's love for maths is astounding
Bridgette Fonda went from 😍to😳
Sad but true. What other types of video would you like to see?
@@FactsVerse another actress to add to we haven't seen much of series, Sean Young. I also like the videos you do on actresses of the past most haven't heard of. It's nice to see a biography of these people and a tribute to their work
Don't be so naive! It 's not Bridget Fonda, the fat woman! It was never her! It's fake! 🤔🙏
Don't be so naive! Bridget Fonda is not that fat woman! It was never her! It's fake! 🤔🙏😏
I've read that Sean Young's career has been hampered because she's sometimes difficult to work with and maybe a little bit crazy.
I think they were all great actresses. I also think that decisions like what they made is not done lightly, so I respect the outcome. I would have liked to see what they could have done, but at the same time they may have allowed someone else to shine.
Absolutely, we feel the same way! Thank you for sharing your sentiments and for watching our content. What other types of video would you like to see on Facts Verse?
My fav was BFonda. I would never recognize her today.
Sad but true. Time changes everything.
Danica McKellar is still acting. I have seen her in a number of romcoms and other romance films on the Hallmark Channel, which is odd for a woman well into her 40s.
Retiring from movies has had terrible effect on Bridget Fonda
Real Fun Fact: Debra was also the voice of ET!
Arrrg!! Bridget!! WTF?? My heart is shattered.
No, I’m happy for them, for living their best lives😊
You didn't mention Bridget Fonda's staring role in point of no return.which was a great movie
Totally agree. It was called The Assassin in the UK, being a remake of Nikita. I think I still have it on VHS somewhere. I wish I'd never seen the up-to-date photo of her; I held a crush for 30 years until that point.
Used to love Bridget Fonda. I can't believe she let herself go so bad. I know with age comes change but...damn.
Same thought here...like she ploughed through the damn wall. She is unrecognizable now.
Phoebe Cates is one of my all time favorite actors of all time. I have missed her for decades. I suspect that the grief she got from her onscreen nudity may have been the major factor. She really was a sweet and beautiful girl-nextdoor! Sorely missed.
She was my biggest crush when I was 17 (1982)
She had a heartwarming smile
Well said, we strongly concur! Thank you for watching our content and for sharing your thoughts. What other types of video would you like to see?

@@FactsVerse i like to see a list of celebrity car crashes also would like to know more about the relationship w/jennifer grey and matthew brodrick & also the death of naomi woods.
Minor detail: The name of the 1st actress is Kelly Le Brock, other than that an excellent mini- doc. Good for these actresses pursuing something else in life, fame can be prison,( just ask Elvis Presley!)
She's great but she did something to her Lips that didn't turn out right. I loved her in WEIRD SCIENCE.
What about Madolyn Smith who starred in 'If tomorrow Comes' (based on Sidney Sheldon's novel). Never heard about her again after the movie.
Debra absolutely rocked back in the day. Still gorgeous now.
No favorite, it’s refreshing that these women chose family over the entertainment industry. I think hollywood demands your life.
We absolutely agree! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. Be safe and have a great weekend!
what a shame that bridgette fonda let herself go. Very sad
We absolutely agree! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. Be safe and have a great weekend!
I grew up with these ladies. Memory lane times flies.
Yup Debra Winger made me feel she died. I cried for hours.
Danicka McKellar graduated in 1998 NOT 1988, The Wonder Years only started in 1988!!
Wow, so that is what happened. I remember few of those Ladies.
Kelly by far was the most Beautiful..
THen or now? because I'd vote for Phoebe Cates now. Le Brock back then. Le Brock screwed up her face with bad surgery. Cates is aging gracefully with maybe some help from Clairol Black No. 1
@@NomenmihiLegioest Then.. As Meg Ryan destroyed her face as well with surgeries..
Lady in red! Who will ever possibly forget her? 🤗🙏👍🏻😍
@@filipchung2121 (True).. Emensly-Sensual with class..
Hi @Facts Verse, as much as i would like to see some came back, they are more than entitled to have a private life away from the spotlight. Thanks for sharing this though, all the best to those who went to have normal lives.
People in the comments are saying that wasn't Bridget Fonda in that last picture but if you look at the face it is her.
Susan Dey was not 18 when she was in LA Law, in 1986 when it started she would have been about 34.
Is that really Bridget Fonda? She's really that heavy?
No! It is fake! 🤔🙏
@@filipchung2121 Thank you.
@@billcreed6882 I think it is her. I've seen other videos such as this with those pictures as well.
@@jamesbrice6619 Well then that's just sad!!!
Yeah. She’s huge. But why? Sad. I pray that she gets it together.
Kelly became famous for Lady in Red first ................... and then Weird Science (which was an awesome movie back in the day)
“In Life,if you take the Wrong turn, you must take the journey twice”.
“Have Gun, Will Travel”.
Brigette Fonda was in my favorite movie, Shag! I miss seeing her on screen

Interesting trivia
All of them are absolutely gorgeous
Were.
@@dermagnus8482we all changed with age
Danica is doing great. She does movies for the Hallmark channel and is now on GAC family channel. Met her last month at 90’s con and she is gorgeous.
Phoebe Cates is clearly my favorite.
How did Danica graduate from college in 1988? She was still on the wonder years at that time
She's not the hot young beauty she used to be but my god, in her day she was truly something else.
IF BRIDGET WAS AWESOME IN HER DAYS
The only female Fonda actress worthy of any respect.
Danica McKellar did not retire from acting. She has starred in numerous Hallmark movies.
Holy crap that's Bridgette Fonda!!
Absolutely phoebe Cates😊
Phoebe Cates also did Private School, Paradise with Willie Aames
NO WAY OUT 🕵️♀️ !!!! 👍👍👍👍👍
Karyn Parsons: I did not care for her role on The Fresh Prince. I loved watching her in movies.
Fame was way too much for me. Switching careers and working nights at the 7-11 has made a world of difference.
Fame sux
Kelly LeBrock in Weird Science and Woman In Red are shows of true quality movie entertainment. The disaster of her marriage with Steven Seagal was too easily predictable. Debra Winger with Theresa Russel in Black Widow was so good that I purchased the DVD for permanent record. And, I am going to say it - I do not believe that is a photo of Bridget Fonda.
Danica McKellar has already come back into the limelight because I have seen her in ten times as many Christmas movies as I have seen her in episodes of The Wonder Years .
She was never good looking. Not in her youth, not in her middle age.
