Interactive Petrophysics Tutorial

This video reviews the main steps in log interpretation using Interactive Petrophysics (I.P.) software. It covers; basics from uploading a .las file into I.P. , loading logs (GR, Resistivity, Neutron and Density) into tracks and general navigation of the software interface. Additionally, log interpretation is demonstrated using clay volume calculation, porosity using neutron density and water saturation using Indonesian saturation equation as well as addition of cut-off and summation parameters. A review of Pickett plot, cross-plots and reservoir and pay results are also reviewed.
