Got something like that going in my neighboring town. Somethings blasting constantly on the band and definitely ignoring duty cycles. It makes Meshtastic coms basically one way to the next town. I can hear everything loud and clear, but they can't hear me since my weak signal (20km away) is drowned by the interference. We got it somewhat working with long moderate. It's quite amazing how resilient the Mesh signal is against noise specially if you slow it down to moderate.
There must be some loophole which is being used to allow the EV chargers / Temp lights to get away with it - I know i've previously looked and it really does appear that power and or duty cycle is being ignored
that carrier is local to you if it is wiping out the front end of that SDR. sure it's not anything like a lightbulb or anything like that in your house ?
@@andykirby it’s going to be something hyper localized to your house for it to be that strong and completely wipe out the front end of that radio. Are you guys using smart meters for power because I get a similar thing from my house as they use 900 meg for the smart meters to the end of the street although with hours it’s more of a spread spectrum kind of signal what you could do is take the antenna off seeing as it is pretty predictable timing wise and DF the signal to find out what it is or at least a local general area
How did that charger pass EMI testing?! As an electrician I love removing that gear for you radio lads!
Maybe it’s plans for a time traveling spacecraft built into the signal.

Which SDR USB dongle and app are using? I have tried a couple on android but they don't seem to work, wouldn't mind picking one up that I know works.
An EV charger causing interference 😂😂😂 what a suprise 😂
Somebody got a jammer 😂
look into solar panels , causing nightmares on amature bands
And 27 MHz as well. I think it’s the inverter.

I know... it's defo not in my house😁

@@andykirby house or street rather
@@andykirby it might make for a good video lol
I get a pulse at 868mhz 24h a day it comes from outside somewhere
I hate temporary traffic lights, far too many,
Nightmare
Drones are also abusing 868mhz and people use 2w transmitters completely illegal and then post videos on yt amazing
Hi
