    Nice, have thought about purchasing a multi wash but wonder if I'll wish I'd sprung for an Austrian CRB. Are you still using your Multi wash ?

      I always prespray, and I use the hottest water that is on job site

      Yes, I use the water feed as I go with machine

      @@performancecarpettileclean6599 Thanks Man much appreciated. I’m in Australia and I’ve just invested in One for a new business. So it’s ok to put boiling hot water in the Multiwash tank? And do you just mix the pre-spray with warm water or boiling water too? Thanks

      @@Welsh_Aussie Boiling water 212F is too hot. Usually water temp from hot water fixture is fine. Most prespray recommend hot water, especially if it is a powder

      yes prespray with encap of my choice, and just a little in the tank to hit some heavy spots as I pass through
