This is just a simple video (kind of a recap of the past couple of days), set to emotional music, I finished it in about an hour, it's not that great but I hope it touches some of your guys' hearts.
Okay everyone. I know this is a tough storyline to watch for alot of people, including me, it was very hard to sit through these past couple of days. But I must say GH pulled this story off beautifully, the acting was brilliant, the dialogue was fantastic. I'm sad that they killed off a child, but I think that it is making for great story right now.

The cutest and most beautiful thing is that the Jason and Jake scene where they talk about motorcycles was completely unscripted, the little guy just started talking and they went with it, it was adorable and probably one of the most memorable moments of little Jake Spencer. :)

This was put together so well. Even knowing how it ends it still kills me to watch.
There wasn't one actor who didn't bring me to tears in this story line most of all Becky, Jonathan, and Steve. Tony later...Such a talented cast.
Jason was so heart breaking to watch, but Elizabeth was gut wrenching.
If I ever needed to cry for an acting part, I'm coming to Jonathan Jackson scenes. He gets me everytime!!!
Where are their awards for this storyline? I haven't seen any better, more wrenching acting in all the years that I've watched. Just stellar!

This is the first time I saw Jason cry about something after Jake was born
This scene was phenomenal! Lucky Spencer is an amazing actor!
I think I am the most heartbreaking part is when Robin looks up to Jason in the observation area, and shakes her head no to see that much emotion and Jason is gut wrenching

Seeing men cry is the hardest thing in the world for me so Lucky and Jason just about killed me
IMO (& MANY others) the ONLY reason Jake was 'killed off' was to sever ties b/t Elizabeth & Jason. Jake could've 'donated' an organ to Jos w/o having to die. Yes, there WERE some good S/Ls & great acting, BUT hardly anything was given to Jake's OWN MOM: Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). TIIC had their OWN AGENDA happening here b/c EVERY OTHER soap/show that has had a child die, the mother ALWAYS has a poignant S/L. Not in this case, we barely saw Elizabeth during or after the DRUNK DRIVER ('Grandpa' Luke) hit Jake. This SHOULD HAVE & COULD HAVE been an award winning S/L for Rebecca & GH.
Guza had terrible story lines because he wanted to be all about the mob
Yeah…this was supposed to be the way they were writing out the character of Elizabeth, but her fans wouldn’t have it…thank God!
this storyline broke my heart :( JJ, Becky, and Steve were amazing in all these scenes!!! thank you so much for making this video.

I had forgotten how amazing an actor Jonathan is......Scenes between him and Anthony G were some of the best stuff I've ever seen. Keep meaning to tape it because I saw that Luke was leaving -- did not realize that Jonathan is back as well. After watching this video, got up to make sure my DVR is all set to tape. There is only ONE Lucky Spencer.

My heart was in my throat watching this. Infusing memories of that beautiful boy with scenes of the people mourning him, wow.
This is one of the saddest moments in the General Hospital History. It was like I felt all of Lucky's pain at 1:56.

I'm holding back tears for dear life right now!!! I wish Days could be like this again. Kudos to GH for doing a great job.

Jake was killed to prop Jasam ( as usual) . Steve Burton said that Jake had to die in order for Jason to get together with sam and have a kid, because Jason wouldn't marry her or have kids with her. He had to see that bad things can happen and his child could be killed for any reason...not just mob related. So they killed Jake so sam can have what she wanted - Jason--and a kid she can't have anyway..now it's 2 kids that she can't even have.
Rainbowsmom1 which was stupid and nonsensical, because that already happened with Cameron and the matches when the house almost burned down.

I think that this was the straw that broke the camel’s back and got Guza fired. It’s a shame that Jason fans allowed for Guza to kill off so many vets before deciding to speak up; they waited almost a decade later until Jake was killed off to do it smh.

There rumors saying the little boy jake is a life and may return soon. I really hope he a little boy and not teenager if they do bring him back because he is about 3 years younger than his older brother cameron and if they decide to make him teenager that will be odd since he should be nine no more than that hopefully if he comes back he comes back good.

Helena set it up and it makes sense she set up the fire when everyone, thought Lucky died and when Jake and then with Jason.

An amazin video of a truely memorable plot, I hate that they killed jakey off but as usual all actors involved gave it all... tears were shed, heartstrings were pulled at. GH is nt just a soap opera and the actors portrayin the characters are some of the best on tv

Didn't see that you had gotten a response/answer here....so if you didn't here's how I understand it: During their 1st marriage? Lucky hurt his back, got hooked on pain pills, and had an affair with Maxie
So then ....Liz had an affair with Jason, stopped taking birth control, got pregnant as a way to trick him into staying so she went back to Lucky and for a while made him think the baby was his, and then when the truth came out Jason agreed to let Liz and Lucky raise Jake as Lucky's son....hope this helps😊
