Self employed here in germany, slowing down now as getting over 50. I miss the days when we were banging houses out like you, not as fast though, now just doing smaller jobs. How thick are your boards? we use 12.5mm and have never been able to cut all the way through from one side like you guys. We always cut the one side and then snap it and then cut it off from the back.

Standard board is 10mm thick here.
