This shld be the 2nd highest comment ngl
this means you are hostaged by simgot 0_0
More like you're being held hostage by Simgot, no?
@@vianhoho19I bought all of them and origin, SIMGOT only sent me the LM, which regardless I would’ve bought, saved me some money at least
@@vianhoho19 ? No hate to SIMGOT, but they’re not big enough to have hostage over anyone (nor does that matter)
Great explanation on treble, i think it was apt and concise.
Still waiting for my review unit. Though had demo impression on EA500LM. It seemed like a hatchback with Sports engine.
Will post review once I have hands on.
I was always going to get the LM, being a big fan of the OG EA500, but I had to choose between EA1000/Origin as the crown and endgame (for now) of 1DDs. I ended up keeping the Origin, it's not only amazing but it's very different from the EA500LM, so it stands out more in my collection. I think many reviews have understated just how different these IEMs sound, the driver timbre changes really stand out set-to-set, so to me it's not an absolute win for any of them, you have to choose the flavor you like. Still hoping you look at BQEZ Wind! Thanks Timmy.
I bought the ea500lm and it's replaced my kato for regular use. I'm currently waiting for the blessing dusk 3 and the hype 4 to come out as they'll be at the local-ish audio store for demo and I'm going to be trying them both out
Bro at this point b3dusk is gonna come out next year ffs
Would you recommend these for gaming ( The EA500LM)
@@paralysiscod yeah, they’ll be good for that
Timmy, may I ask which eartips are suit with EA500LM, improving its treble listen more nature.

is hexa still better than ea500lm overall?
hi man any iems other than ea500lm for gaming?
My two fav sets that I own are the Aria 2 and the EA1000. To me, the EA1000 is fantastic, and a clear upgrade in the detail department. The treble is energetic and airy (washy ride cymbals mmmmm), and I'm honestly shocked you didn't discuss the outstanding bass texture! That's like, their craziest feature! Is it possible this is a unit variance thing?? Idk. Just surprised by your impressions of them
Timmy is spot in the treble. The treble is not natural at all. I have both the ea500 and ea500lm. Also the treble can be extremely sillibant. There was so many ways they could have made a safe yet great treble.
Please do review the fiio ka17 its new people say the treble is out of control and very clean i really wanna know your opinion before buying
Hello bro what best dunu sa6 mkII or xenns mangird top for gaming, or another iem best for gaming budget $500+? Pliss reply this comment
why arent there other comparisons to the ea500lm in its own price bracket like the aria 2s?
Cause in curb stomps the competition. Only thing that rivals would be the sonus on a technical front. Tuning would be prefrence though
Oh and sonus is like 35 on aliexpress rn. That's a steal
imho...very surprised with the impression on the ea1000 (sound congested and lacks air as compared with the 500lm ?)...may be we just have different gear or sound preference....thanks for the review
I didn't say lack air compared to 500lm. Only that it sounds more congested
@@Gizaudiointeresting.....
I have to agree, I’m almost wondering if there’s something wrong with his unit. Congested? What? I’ve compared it for hours to Aful 5, Chopin, S12 Pro and a few others and it sounded anything but congested, like not even close.
@@GizaudioI have both of these IEMs. I don’t hear any congestion in EA1000. I do prefer EA1000, it has more natural note weight. Once you mod the black nozzle, treble becomes very smooth and still airy.
+1 to no congestion in mine. No idea why that epithet, maybe listening on too high volume? I’m baffled
Noticeable upgrade to hexa? Im thinking these or cklvx, i like the smoother tuning
Pls update the iem tiers list cuz i would love to see how the origin,ea500lm rank in overall market 🙏
Hey Timmy! Will you be doing a 7Hz zero 2 review? I'm interested in particular vs the wan'er.
Sorry Timmy, I have one question, I own ea500LM, aria 2, blessing 3 and AB test them today, I find ea500lm is obviously more resolving than aria 2, and similar resolving to blessing 3, but it just around aria 2 in your video, I know that technical performance is really less subjective in iem, do you AB test iem before you make reviews?
everything is subjective in iems
Now curious about EA500lm vs EM6L
Ea500lm winner for music, em6l winner for gaming
Guess this is the first time I have to heavily disagree with Timmy on his take, I have spent a good amount of time with both the Simgots here and their technical performance is definitely not on the same level as the Aria 2, they are way better than it. It's not even a comparison, in fact I would even dare say they both come very close to the venerable blessing 3 and I would stand by that. Haven't listened to the Origin so can't comment on it, but the $80~$150 bracket has advanced alot lately that it has quickly rendered the $200~300 bracket irrelevant and $300-500 bracket harder to justify. It's truly a great time for everyone to get into IEM and not have to break the bank for high-quality sound.
EA1000 technically better
Hey dude. I have been using Truthear Zero (blue) for a week, but it seems like there is something missing. My goal is to play games and listen to music. The voice of the player behind me sounds confused as if it were in front of me, or I can't detect it :) This is my first time using an iEM headset. Before this, I was using the Sennheiser HD700 and I could locate rival players as if I were placing them with my hand. I live in Turkey and the conditions here are a bit challenging, I don't think I can constantly try different brands and models :/ Can you recommend me a nice model? I just want to put on my headphones and enjoy myself, I'm so confused, please help. My budget is $400
Any plans on review for the qdc superior?
Brother Ea500lm or nicehck f1 pro?
EA500 or EM6L? Preferrably for classical and female vocals.
Forget the ea500 og now, both ea500lm and em6l are good iems for classical music. Em6l is prehaps more technical but I prefer the tuning of ea500lm. The best is the EA1000 if you listen to orchestral

Timmy... No comments about the bass between these units? Or even the 500 LM compared to the Origin?
The bass on all three are pretty on par quality wise.
@@Gizaudio Thank you 🙏🏻
Aint the LM a little shouty? I mean it looks like it almost reachest starfield 2 level but I guess it has the bass and warmth to balance it out like on the Chu 2 and Falcon Ultra and create contrast.
If you've tried the Starfield II, there's a fair chance your impressions of the LM will be similar if the graphs are anything to go by
I got LM expecting an upgrade from OG and was very disappointed. LM is way shouty to my ears and somehow sounds dryer and more hollow than the OG... something just did not sit right with me at all. Maybe a bad set? or maybe hype train did what a hype train does... ;)
@@januszkapusta1091 tuning is subjective. shout is especially subjective. pinna gain varies from person to person, and if your natural pinna gain is not pronounced, then you are more sensitive to shout; but if your natural pinna gain is pronounced, then a shouty pair to others might sound very natural to you. also depends on how loud you like your music; some people listen to music at volume levels that nothing ever sound too shouty.
@@vianhoho19 Yeah, but I’m also someone who isn’t entirely shout sensitive, and I’ve only gotten to try the SSR and SSP for shouty iems. The Chu 2 comes close but is just under my limit. And I dont know if these are beyond that limit so I’m very on the fence right now.

IE 200 or EA 500Lm, , which one do you recommend? I am sensitive to higher pitch, I squint my eyes at high pitch.
EA500 LM - easily
The IE200 definitely
You wouldn't like the emphasis on the higher frequencies in the EA500LM
@@vianhoho19 seriously? ie200 has much more treble, at least on the graph and based on reviews.
@@haomingli6175 but 500LM treble is not natural either 😭
@@haomingli6175 yes, but the upper midrange around the ear gain isn't as severe as the EA500LM's i.e. 2k-6/7k region
LM vs MP145, which one?
Simgot sounds faster, snappier and technically proficient but the timbre isn't up there with something like an oxygen, hana 2, olina se or the new Origin.
What spinfits do you recommend for the 500 LM
Don’t use spin fit on this … use kbear tips blue or kbear foam tips or velvet tips.. they are best … coz spin fit give more trouble so it will become shouty

For the same price, simgot em6l or ea500lm?
Lm! If u need more bass
Simgot EA 500 or Simgot EA 500 LM in sound quality?
as someone who owned the Origin and got rid of the EA1000 because the treble area just wasn’t as refined and tasteful as the Origin; you absolutely nailed the critiques and comparisons in this review. And in regards to the LM I agree it’s a very good IEM I agree but if the LM is a pretty good economy car, the Origin is a beast of a luxury car and absolutely worth the price bump imho for the refinements.
I gotta buy a ea500lm
How does the EA500LM compare to the S12?
By far I prefer the ea500lm, but that's my taste
I've tried the EA1000 and I agree with your take. What's better kiwi ears lite or blessing 3?
I find the blessing 3 to just be superior, tuning and technicalities. The orchestra lite is a good relaxed set though.
For me personally, Blessing 3 hands down. They're in different price brackets to begin with 😅
Orchestra Lite, while well tuned, just sound dead in the treble to my ears compared to the Blessing 3.
Blessing 3 superior. No doubt
I like the Orchestra Lite more because it's warmer overall, it has better mid-mids. B3 is on the colder side of neutral to me, only warmed up by some sub-bass, it has more contrast but also less body. I think they're better at different kinds of music basically, vocal and pop are better on the B3, rock and classical are better on the Lite, for electronic with a big bass lines I would choose something with more bass than either of them.
Blessing 3 is good if use 6n or 8n qulity cable.when eq tune bass up it best to real performance form 2dd driver.
It might be qc issues with simgot, cause some reviewers describe ea500lm as very bright, or it's just hearing loss or something
ea500lm is neutral, but moderately V-shaped. it has both plenty of midbass and plenty of upper mids and treble. if you are more sensitive to the former, you consider it warm; if you are more sensitive to the latter, you consider it bright. the kind of songs that you listen to also make a difference; different songs reflect different things. for an extreme example, if you listen to solo violin tracks, then midbass won't matter much, because the violin barely plays notes in that range (lowest note possible 196hz). but in essence it is V or U shaped, which is Paul Wasabii's description.
Mine graphs and sound pretty neutral
I would trust Gizaudio on this
Everyone's jumpin on the Simgot train, meanwhile I'm happy as a clam jammin to my Jojo's 🤓
No green thumb up for the LM?
Green thumb, yes
@@Gizaudio btw I do own the galelio and the LM.
Both sound different enough. Galelio is a great set though. LM too.
Hi... Can somebody suggest me best iem Rs $80??
Hype train : EA1000 is better.. ORIGIN is better.. LM is better..
My ears : fly with Falcon Ultra
I got my LM and I do not like it. The reason is the Treble like Timmy says here but... to me the treble is too peaky and too sharp, even with the nozzle that tones it down as low as possible. Is that the same as what Timmy is saying here?🤔
There's no way I'll call that treble exciting. It's just plain shouty and plasticky to me. The driver is really good. If only they pulled it down just a little bit maybe close to the treble of the EW200 then I would've been able to listen to it.
I trust someone who recommend me not to buy something that i don't need

One random obseravation I made when I was browsing through Timmy's Squigs is that these two are similar in signature as the Moondrop Starfield II and the OG Tripowin Olina.
I've tried those two and funnily enough, Timmy's comment about the two Simgots are somewhat similar to my experiences with both the Starfield II and the Olina; Exciting signature, if not a little bit artificial and excessive in the higher frequencies
Will definitely keep that in mind when I try these two.

Nice
Got the ea500lm and they're okay but nothing special, doesn't sound anywhere as clean as my HD560S that only cost me $30 more. At least the simgots are decent for gaming after you take away about 2-3db of bass.
500LM vs EM6L ?
Em6l maybe because its more expensive?
@@jerickpogi9992 It seems that price doesn't always equal performance in IEMs, and people are reviewing the quality of the single DD in the 500LM very positively.
So, I know the EM6L is more expensive, and I know its a 1 DD, 4 BA hybrid (so way MORE, really), but... and here's the thing... it's $30 more (37.5% more money), but is the EM6L 37.5% better than then 500LM?
I still, personally, desire the EM6L for myself, as I want that wonderful separation and positionality (technicals) that the reviewers talk about. Still, if I was a first time buyer on a budget (which could include both items), which should I go for?
@@jerickpogi9992that's a really bad advice. Expensive doesn't mean better

IMO Nova will have a more versatile sound signature at the expense of the midrange being a little thin
These two will probably have better timbre because they use no BA but as Timmy said higher frequencies will sound exaggerated and artificial
Nova better by a little bit
Ea1000 is ok, but I can't use it more than 10 min.Dunu Falcon ultra/blue nozzle/Tangzu wide bore tips has more organic sound that allow you long listening sessions. Very brave statement Timmy.
I'm new to iems, could u tell if tangzu sancai wide bore tips tame down or amplify treble or "shout" region?
@@dakebakeuly5193 They don't really. If you want tips that tame the highs a bit I would try Final E-Type (black version), or Moondrop Springtips. Final E adds a bit of bass and pushes the highs down a bit without blunting them too much. Springtips are better with highs, suppressing only the most grainy bits while maintaining the most detail, but they also lose a slight amount of bass. The Tangzu lets out a bit of bass too, but it's worth it for the pressure relief and how natural the mids sound. With Sancai or Springtips I just bass shelf it a little more.
@@dakebakeuly5193 Tangzu sancai wide bore tipa I use with Dunu falcon ultra & P1max . S$S and Divinus Velvet tipa sounds very tehnical but with Tswb tips you get extra airnes around instrumenta , more organic trable without sacrefasing details and more coherent sound ( balance sound without any shoutnnes). Well done Timmy, I think exactly the same, Good advices
Simgot are really good in technicalities because high quality driver but tuning is just decent (typical 1 dd budget tuning), too much and uneven treble (especially the lower treble).
