It does. Every block contains a block reward for finding it and this reward contains new coins + any fees. This is called coinbase. So coinbase alone doesn't mean new coins but it does mean that new coins have been added to the network since Kaspa has an emission schedule. A better way of putting it is coinbase is the transaction that is created when a miner finds a block. This transaction contains new coins + any fees which is the reward for finding that block. I can see how my wording of it can be misleading in the video. Thanks for pointing it out.
The last ATH was about 400 days ago. It has been bad since then but investing is a marathon, not a sprint. Personally, my Kaspa bag is still outperforming BTC since I got in.
@KaspaSilver I defiantly agree that investing is a marathon, but the timing is really important too, in crypro you can't really invest because in bear market as you know everything goes down 70% to 80%, so Kaspa in 2025 needs to put on a really good show because give it or take we got only 1 more year left of this bullrun

Nothing goes up forever and if you compare Kaspa chart to many others you see a huge difference.

Multiple all time highs in a single year is nothing ? These other coins you are chasing green candles on most of them still haven’t made their ATHs in years. If you have a short sided perspective on this then yes try trading in and out of coins but statistically this leads to losses in the long run. Investing is a marathon not a sprint.
