Sprint, breakdown, put your driving foot between offenders feet, dip hips and launch with shoulder on the same side as the driving foot, make contact with shoulder and wrap arms. Target legs or hips. Repetition makes it muscle memory. 👌🏻 This is great drills.

Coach I do the same, almost word to word, movement to movement. Yes, it's basics but without it progress goes slow or no progress at all. One exception, I coach chinese children, even with my chinese colleague it's harder😂😂😂

Great stuff. Very talented coach. Wonderful communicator, but a bit on the verbose side. He's also fatter than I expected.
I would edit this down to 5 minutes. I would also like to see some game footage of Trevor making textbook tackles at the end. It's the classic story of hard work paying off.
