Unfortunately my father who is in his late 60s and lives alone in Alabama decided to “preserve” his dog when she passed away. Much to my dismay. His reasoning was that the dog was way “too pretty” to bury. (For context my father also hunts and has lots of Deer heads and trophies) however I do not see this in the same light. Why? Because the bucks that he killed were shot intentionally while they were in their prime of life. His dog however was 15 years old (in human years) and died of herself. Look, I don’t care how good of a job they do, anything freeze dried or taxidermied after it has expired is not it. The Correct opinion is absolutely not!
I was hoping y’all would address the helicopter at the 4-H fair 😂 also we didn’t hear the officer’s radios, we just heard the announcements for animals in the tent nearby that sounded like an auction happening! It was a great show regardless of the distractions… Thanks for the laughs! 😂
My husband has been in law enforcement for 20 years and is aware of how loud his radio is so nicely turns it down when he's in events and stuff. Maybe that particular officer was hard of hearing or simply just didn't care, lol 🤣.
The freeze dried thing made me think of my mom's pet bird, a cockatoo, that she has in a deep freezer. She loved the bird like a kid and it died on April fool's day several years ago. Instead of burying it, cremating it or even taking it to a taxidermy, she wrapped it up and put it in the deep freezer! She has asked for it to be buried with her when she dies! 🤯🫠
My brother in law’s dad was a professional hunter (did you know that’s a thing?) so has a “trophy room” of about 50 deer heads and other animals. Pretty crazy & a little creepy. He does know how to make a delicious deer steak though.
My husband wanted to go out of town and leave me with all three kids. I was like 8 weeks post-partum. I feel you, Katie. I just laughed at him when he bought it up.

The worlds largest free fair is the "Washington Parish Free Fair", hosted in the third week of October every year in my hometown of Franklinton, Louisiana.
My nieces name is Dally Jo hahahaha back story cowboy family.... so the oldest is Catch (you catch a cow) then you DALLY the rope around the saddle horn! then the middle child's name is Cope Hagen hope you enjoy the names :)
My personal opinion I think they're doing it to get views, because if she's not found someone by now with all the video shes made then she might need to try something else😅😅

I was in 4H for 8 years and loved it! Showed livestock, took trips, learned to grill. Highly recommend every kid to get involved!

You can get a driver’s license and an ID. Keep the ID in a folder someplace so if you lose your license you’ll have backup
