Erin I don’t know the system in your country. In India one person arrested doesn’t mean he is guilty, he is only Under Trial. Unless and until court says he is guilty no one is guilty as per Indian system. There are any number of cases people came out clean from court although alleged by police as an offender / criminal. For your information there is no case about Abhilash Thomas, it’s against IndusViva Company. Since he is the Co-Founder & CEO of the company he got arrested. Now he got released in bail and continue to run the company like before.
The products they are selling are ridiculously expensive. Company created enormous hype about supposed miraculous healing products. Thousands of people have been trapped and regretting getting into this company
This is a bullshit company exploiting innocent people by way of brainwashing them, giving false hope about future. And yes ofcourse like any pyramid scheme there are people who are making a lot of money and these people are the one defending this scam. 80-90% of the people engage in this company either make mininal profit or no profit at all. They will coax people to join the company even when they dont have any skills or ideas about sales. Once joined, they will pressure them to recruit more people and reach their target inorder to get bonuses and perks. Many who are unable to sell the products ends up consuming these product themselves. They will then recruit innocent people with the same trick they got themselves only to recover their losses and the cycle continues...most of their product or almost all of their products are placebos....its all claims, claims and more claims. I am surprise that they are still in operation now.

If people really like to consume these products and if they are showing good results for them, then why are they not allowed to just buy them from the distributor? Why should they become sub-distributors under some existing distributor? I was advised to become a distributor, which I didn't.

There are no reliable studies that have been done and the one that all of their sales reps talk about is from a discredited website in Europe. There seems to be an overwhelming amount of stories from people who have negative things to say and a smaller number of people who are just trying to sell the products. I’ve already looked into a lot of these claims and the products themselves and there is nothing to back them up except for a few personal stories and that is not science. My brother is involved/invested/lost in this indusviva. I already have some personal experience with an another mlm(ebiz) so i warned him. As usual he didnt listen. He lost some huge amount. But their product seem to be worth - my mom using their product to get rid of knee pain - actually it works - but thats too costly(10 times ) that we couldnt afford and also not sure about the side affects in future. I also see some mainstream video in india telling the same news that product is unworthful but i dont think so.
