EDIT: hey guys! hope you liked the video, put a ton of effort and work into making it :) SmallAnt and I are good friends and had a nice competition in which we could do the same challenge. He happened to beat me to uploading it, and did a fantastic job on his video! I'm asking for my own mental health if we can stop commenting 'copying' jokes and 'SmallAnt is better than you', since they're untrue and things are getting very toxic in both the reply section and my DMs. I understand a lot of you want to poke fun and be a part of the rivalry, but please keep in mind that I'm just your average person behind the screen and a lot things that are being said are attacking my personal character unfairly. I want to keep playing games and having fun streams with my friend, but if things like this continue (this has happened before on multiple occasions) I don't think I'll be able to. It's okay to poke fun and joke, all I'm asking is to not take things too seriously. Thank you!

@@thtenbypotato2001 the only non-damaging move I used as a kid were thunder wave,sleep powder & other status-inducing as they make Pokemon easier to capture & I wanted to catch em' all.
In legends arceus stat boosters are much worse and status effects like freeze and sleep don’t work anymore

Seeing Ant and Crow’s different ways to tackle the same challenge is really interesting. Like, how often do we see two competent people do the same challenge in such quick succession? It’s a unique experience, and I’m glad I get to be a part of it by watching.

PC shouldnt have gone out challenging Ant like that, without having knowledge of editing on a challenge that contains editing. Ant not only finished the run like 20% of the time of PC, he also managed to upload the video faster as well. Moral of the day: dont mess with Wooper and if ur challenging someone, depend on yourself only and not others lol

yeah! we had a fun race on Twitch to see who could do the same challenge and edit it faster! unfortunately he won on the editing front. Tons of fun :)
If you watched the SmallAnt one, Smallant did PointCrow's challenge but better after multiple tweets about SmallAnt from Pointcrow. He did this while Pointcrow wasfinishing up his, and managed to finish everything, editing and whatnot, all in a 20 hour stream. And this took PointCrow 30 hours, probably not including editing and script-writing.

It was really cool to see what different strategies you and SmallAnt used in different parts of the game. Nightmare was pretty cool, but Will o' Wisp was an especially good idea since burn also lowers the opponent's attack, letting you survive longer while they take damage over time. It also covers pretty much every Pokémon that Leech Seed and PoisonPowder/Toxic do not since there are no grass/fire or poison/fire types in this game. The Vulpix line learning Confuse Ray is an added bonus, so it would almost certainly be used on any future speedrun of this category, should anyone wish to run it.
