Since you have a somewhat relationship with QA1, would you please talk them into designing a suspension system for the Bullnose Fords? I have a 85, and I desperately what a performance type suspension system for it.
My first job, 1996 Malta Mt., detailer apprentice, the Hooterites, kinda like Amish, but liked 4x4 Ford's would buy centurion 6 door ex cabs, power stroke beasts..
I don’t get why people think powder coated anything is a good idea. Chip that and it’s peeling off. Painted chassis suspension components and wheels anything that’s going to see the road.

She just covered the Only Fords show in Virginia ... all F1's and I really encourage you to check her out as she is as real as it gets learning about big engines an fords. That show was so wild as I never knew of so many different rigs....... even ones I have owned... its a 97 and older restricted so its right down your alley lad. You did good coverage on what you showed including back stories.. she is doing that same thing... see the connection??
