I’ve heard from multiple people that this vehicle is wayyy better in person. I have a m50 on order and it will be here in a week. Got it in dark matte grey color.
@davidm8652 Honestly, I'm pleased with it in person. Especially the m50. You made a good choice. It's like when the G8x platform was released. We can't even keep an m3 in stock even though everyone knocked the front grille. For the most part, everyone is used to it now.
Take a look at the X5. This $70K 2025 X3 for this cheaply made material, all plastic. I purchased the X5 instead of this because both the interior and exterior are ugly and cheaply made. It looks like it was made in China.
Just purchased urgently the previous variant before the latest design ruins yet another BMW. My last four cars have been new BMW’s, but I think I will look elsewhere next!
I think a better name for that colour is 'WW1 Trench Bandage'............It's hideous. Mine is ordered in Arctic Race Blue. I would have chosen Skyscraper Grey but you can only get that on the X Line in the UK. How crap is that!.

Current M40 owner. Very disappointed in that interior, talk about cutting production costs.
I will say the m50 definitely looks better than the base 30

Dune grey is really nice in person but as of right now Vegas red is my favorite 😍
