Love. The drummer is perfect! :)
This drummer was awesome!

@@theyusemanywords exactly wht I was thinking....... What an amazing drummer..... He makes me laugh when I see how he enjoys improvising at times.
@@zurichsee706 I love her collaborations with drummers like him, talvin singh or Sigtryggur Baldursson (of course with track makers like Mark bell or Matmos, too)
What an amazing gig!!Would have given a lot to have been there!!
Finally someone to go to Brazil
She's coming back guys 😭😭😭
tava lá, melhor show da minha vida
+Viviane Camilo NOSSA.. FOI QUANDO EU NASCI!! Que ódio!! Ela é perfeita!!! uHASUAHSUHS
foi incrível, ela é estupendamente genial, baby! :)
+Viviane Camilo Que inveja santa! :'(
Gracias.
"How can you offer me love like that? My hearts been burned. How can you offer love like that? I am exhausted, leave me alone"... Story of my life.
i’m sure Bjork had an amazing performance, but the guy in the drums IS LIVING/KILLING it!
PURE genius shown clearly here by a young woman of 31. WoW!!
31?? U have GOT to b kidding!!! She looks right at 20 years old!!
She was 30 here
wow the instrumental is insaneeeeeee and bjork is really feeling herself with the crowd
Not from this planet, like Bowie... Amazing!
I agree with you
prima
Calma
Very nice performance in uncomfortable climate. I imagine that someone from Iceland will find Brazil hot. Sweat is pouring off her face.
The Drumer is Trevor Morais, from the legendary band The Peddlers, assisti esse show e fiqquei petrificado com o baterista...A imagem está linda e maravilhosa, nunca imaginei que pudesse haver um registro disso em video, agradeço muito a quem postou isso, me trouxe boas lembranças!
He is a machine, it's pretty hard percussion work to play Bjork, requires extreme timing.
+Ed Morais watch him 35:24
Thanx for info🤗

Venus as a boy is my favorite Bjork song and this version and the one from her Vessel concert is by far the best ❤️
Who filmed this? This beautiful camera-person is walking on the stage and doing moves I cant believe! Thank you, beautiful person...
Ur kidding right? I disagree!!
@GUSTAVO NASCIMENTO SILVA So they’re not kidding? I’m a little on the slow side. Is that a good video?
@@marekabrooks207 yes, this is very good and professional video indeed
Ahhahahaa
It’s wonderful there is a video from this show! I was there and it was forbidden to film anything. Security guys would take your camera away (yes camera, there was no smartphones).
her voice was giving out around 30min....she still sounds excellent...go figure...
That drummer is on fire!!! He’s a BEAST!! I love it!!!! It’s cool that he’s mouthing some words n some of her songs. I guess they had to rehearse many times and he just picked up some of the words.
Memorizing the lyrics as part of memorizing the songs structure can also help (especially with drummers because often it's harder to hear the rest or the band while playing) to know where they are at in the song. Especially with music like bjorks which isn't always atypical or straight forward.

I'm dying with the drummer SOS
What a closing performance! @1:13:04 I've never heard a human make that sound! Unreal.
And somehow, it is so expressive
@@mlaygo and somehow she is not just screaming, she is singing that
haha dolphin vibes, an aquatic goddess
I’ve often asked myself, as someone born in 1996, if I had a Time Machine that could only take me to one concert ever in history, which would it be? I’ve debated it a lot in my head, from Freddie Mercury to Metallica to Bach to Ella Fitzgerald. But after watching this video, I’ve decided. It’s this one. I’d go back to see this show.
It enters in your skin before in your ears, and runs in your thin energy channels to your heart chakra
That drummer fucking GEEETS IT!!!!!!!
The first album is always the best no one can surpass her talent nowadays
Bjork may well be the greatest musician/artist of our age. Pretty sure
one of the most original, thats for sure.
@@kevinwillis6707 indeed

@@salvaariv2943yes.
one of them. we were lucky to have a few second half of last century - much rarer these days i reckon.
Being able to sing Isobel and doing that little dance is the definition of happiness.
the cameraman was filming for television, the image was cut between his camera and other cameras of the show, watch only the camera it looks like a crazy, but edited with other cameras makes more sense.
Trevor is the happiest man in the world when playing .. which is .. the definition of a musician ..
Just magical....!!!The acordian was a genius move!!The dude can play!!
i agree man that accordion was up there with the masters of argentina- brazils rival and neighbour
Who had the camera ? 🥶😱🥶
Would love to see Bjørk with Snarky Puppy
What a performance of It's Oh So Quiet OMG :)
Time 35:24 pay attention to what happens to the drummer.
haha! he's in ecstacy! that's great! :-)
He is amazing, totally in the vibe3 of the ritme, it looks better than sex😉
He loses both his sticks. He plays with such intense passion.
@SpyingDutchman what
Yep drummer is amazing
She was much less intense in the next show, which I was lucky to catch. I didn't get her then (not sure one ever can).
In this one even her looks were stunning (she seemed to do her best in looking her worst mostly and as guaranteed, succeeded). Even so many years later this comes across as a firestorm.
She, Tori Amos and Thom Yorke were then some of the most beautiful beings (human or otherwise) to ever set foot on this planet. Thom still is.
Yesss and 1995 PJ with that "Joan Crawford on acid" To Bring You My Love phase. 1994-1999 Tori was a spiritual experience. She left her blood on the floor every single night. Tori spoiled me early on....if I can't transcend during a show, we can't break bread. I'm not sticking around for background "diningroom" performances. I want to feel like I've been drugged. Early 2000's performances by The Knife were tribal shamanistic fire dances. My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult had their moments, too.
If you complain just once more, Bjork will ROCK you.
Is there anyone not in love with this prancing pixie?
it is not possible to resist her, she is just so cute in beauty and spirit
@@branstokes3737 I beauty and personality, yes.
Wow, it was 16 years ago...I was there!!! Amazing performance!!!
26 years ago. Ela voltou hoje.

Björking is dancing to her own musiking, the most dangerous appearance on earthing planet
Sound guy messed up her intro.
Why has the drummer to be in front of camera almost all first song???????
I knew she would chuck those shoes eventually, lol.
i wish i was there!!!!!!!
Isobel está dedicado a mí adorada Elis Regina.
Army of me is heavier than all of heavy metal shit
11:54 Venus As a Boy :3
It would've been a dream to have been there. I love Björk ♥ *-*
love her shoes! hah
Absolutely brilliant! Thanks!
Drummer is TURNED UP to 11🎉
Congratulátions! Thank you! kiss from Rio de Janeiro, Brasil

How can she dance so much and still sing great at the same time?? It doesn’t even seem like she gets winded!! It’s amazing!!
Bjork é simplesmente genial ...
Woww... can't believe she can sweat that muchhh !!
Where can i have a high quality ?
For those complaining about the camera. I work as a multicam director and seens to me that this is just one of the cameras used in the TV broadcast. I couldn't go to this concert but I remember this festival being broadcasted in Brazilian TV and it wasn't like that.
Woehaa, i was 14,when i heard her music, my first Love and still in LOVE🥰💞☀️🤗🙏Still got the goosebumbs, this festival is AMAZING!!
this is good footage but this is not pro-shot
She is absolutely fucking incredible.
Drummer looks baked as fuck.
she is the most beautiful thing on earth, if only........
The drummer steals the show, possibly maybe
this is amazing amazing amazing
this concert was so good. It deserves a reupload from the original recorded format!!
1:13:05 she cannot be human! IMPOSIBURU
eu fui ao show. ótimo. a filmagem é um horror. credo.
LOVE the drummer, Trevor Morais!
One angle of her? Too bad ...she's a visual trip!
I think the thumbnail is probably the ugliest photo of Björk in existence. Please change. :-)
The concert is awesome though. I saw her in Oslo, probably half a year before this. It was amazing.
Tbm
Eu estava lá! :) Que alegria encontrar esse vídeo.
Baterista sensacional demais 👏🏻👏🏻🤩 björk incrível🤩🤩🤩🤩👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Possibly Maybe is probably the most beautiful love song.
La adoro!, ella es maravillosa! :)
Her voice sounds so tired in this gig. Over touring is what ultimately wrecked her voice to what we here today. She was worked into the ground.
An amazing concert!
awesome concert. unreal vocals. the band was clicking together. yeah, wish had'a been there. Glad to have been on earth the same time as this artistic genius.
1:13:00
1:13:05 That amazing sound with her voice...
Never heard anything like it. Then again I could say that about almost anything she does with her voice.
certified bjork moment
Concierto perfecto
🤔no "enjoy " ?
I miss my friend.
This is absolutely incredible!

Not my fav...because the 'pro-shot' camera was all over the place...lingering where it didn't need to...missing what it could have had...pro means you get paid...doesn't mean you should've got paid. Love Bjork.
How great to have "Modern Things", "Big Time Sensuality", " "Crying", "I go Humble", "You've been flirting again" and "Its Oh So Quiet" on the setlist!
Wow would have sold all I own to see this show, fantastic. Björk is so powerful
And yes the drummer is out of this world.
Great admiration to all who preformed here
Thanks for letting us see it
You took the words out of my mouth!!
