  • If one looks with calmness, you will see your nose. Such is the depth of this visitation. I am born into a legacy that calls for a deep preparation for me to launch into years ahead.
An Elephant's destiny is obviously different from a cow, that is why I plunged deep into the ocean of knowledge, learning, and leadership.
The time is fast approaching when my people will smile again. I love my people so much. They will say it was the golden era just like the days of "Aresa" is being chanted in our native songs.
I will play my part well in this future fast approaching with God on my side. I am the Royal Prince David Akindele of Owode-Yewa land, Ogun State.

FAJOL-ABEOKUTA YOUTHS CLAMORED FOR A TOTAL REVOLUTION IN NIGERIA BY DIMEJI SODEKE
It is a known fact that the on-going #ENDSARS protest in Nigeria is an eye-opener to the youths to look into other important aspects of the country. In protest today, which was more propelled by Fajol vibrant youths, Dimeji Sodeke being one of the protest leaders revealed to the youths that there are 2 types of revolutions namely; “The Yaga-Yaga” Revolution according to Fela Anikulapo or “The Intellectual” Revolution.
Hence, Dimeji Sodeke stress on more focal points which could be a well channeled energy of the youths in the right direction. These are what he tagged ad points of demands namely; Institutional reforms (Security), Reduced cost of governance, Constitutional reform, Educational reform, Health reforms, Youth affairs reforms and Public office reforms.
The peaceful protest led to major roadblocks in the country as the youth agitated for their voices to be heard. It was a mixed feeling to realized that such national awakening falls to the moment “Felabration” commence. Dimeji Sodeke shared some of his first novel, The Gods of My Parents, to some youths to further engage them psychologically to embrace the need for a total sweep of an intellectual revolution as predicted in the novel.
Meanwhile, the Vice-president, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo apologized to the people of Nigeria and re-assured citizens of an appropriate measure of involvement the government will implore in intervening into the situation at hand. It is only a question of whether the Mr. President understands that the people who saddled him with responsibility of being in office want accountability and demand full rights of being respected.
Meanwhile, Rahman Kafidipe one of the major protest leader also grant an interview on his own encounter with the SARS. Youths further made their distresses known that to be young, fresh, stylish and doing well financially could attract one being maimed as a criminal or at worst killed. This notion is a very terrible cancer in our society that must NOW!
