Choice of veggies. In south we don't eat raw vegetables like salads. We have fry(one vegetable type), curry(one veg type), chutney(1 veg type) n sambar(stew with 3 to 4 types of veg lil) n curd at end. The choice of which veg used for each type of above will be decided by sellers preparing food the day..
