I feel like I have to mention this because if I don't, some scrub will; yes the Ronin can hit more enemies with two of its ultimates over the Hunter, but it doesn't do NEARLY as much damage no matter how you build him.
Awesome explanation man, def switching from the scrub body shot technique had no idea the extra ult would make it to 10 enemies sounds like that'll up my killcount a metric fuck ton lol.
I had NO idea this video was four months old. I've been through your list and missed this somehow. So...I distinctly remember not that long ago when I told you I'd pretty much switched my main from assassin to ronin and you asked me if I'd ever played the hunter. I told you yes but I didn't really feel like it was all that great. And you were like, "That's cool." Um....DUDE. Is any of this still true? Your response should have been "Party chat. NOW." I would have followed like an obedient cadet, and had you told me even half of what you said here I'd have gotten on that immediately. Like, immediately. Fortunately, listening to this one video while doing laundry has refreshed Legends for me. I'm going to try this. Ironically, every game I've ever played I'll always pick the character with a bow if one exists--except this one. I'm assuming the hunter gets better as she levels. I just hate not having heal options for my teammates other than just myself, but if she can do that....Yeah. When you see this, please message me. I don't check my RUclips follow up comments but we need to talk, like stat. lol I would like to note my disagreement over Sugaru's Sight. That thing is the only way I got my hunter as high as I did., Then again, you've probably maxed out yours and I'm not even to 20 (although my gear score is close to 110 just from other characters' legendary drops) so I know you know better that me but God...I love Sugaru's Sight. Three headshots at once? How can you not love that? Just for reference, I played my hunter some earlier and I finally remembered what you said to me a while back and turned on aim assist but not until the end of the match. In a few mins I'm going to go see if it made a difference. I'm not embarrassed about writing a novel of a RUclips comment because I know you're probably the only one who is going to read it all the way though and you already know I write in massive chunks anyway, lol Plus, comments help you with the algorithm, right? So everybody wins. But please message me (Twitter, not here) when you get a chance. I didn't know half of this and there was quite a bit of it that I just didn't understand because I haven't played that far into the character. I think understanding what those things mean would make it easier to see what I should be working toward, and the idea of having some of the magic of the game back is more delightful than you know.
I hate hunters/archers that stand outside of defense points, and do not move at all, let defense points get taken trying to shoot arrows and don't help take back points or don't get up off their ass to save people that are downed.
That is the most effective way to end a wave. But if the player does not provide defense and support to the other players, he is useless and it bothers a lot. To be useful, he has to watch the game and cover vulnerable spots.
THIS!! I left if there was more than 1 hunter on the team. They usually take a spot, and stay there, and on top of that, they snipe for kills. It's so annoying trying to get those 10 oni kills to purify something and the second you get the enemies down enough to spirit kunai them, poof,sniped. Now your running around with no kill for your cursed object AND the one thing that SHOULDNT be on cooldown now you have to wait a full 30 seconds, which isn't much, but the hell?! A close second is ult spamming Samurai
Yes, and it's annoying as hell. A friend of mine and I used to have no trouble playing at all until the very last patch in which we are practically all experiencing this now. Pretty much what you have to do is both of you have to close out your game and open it back up and try again.
@EternalWindTWR I was just curious, I've seen alot of hunters running it lately. I like my 120% fire damage hunter with boom arrow too much. Also I wanted to mention that if your team is spread out enough, the ronin fire breath can hit the whole map. The unfortunate part is that it doesn't do nearly the damage the hunter is capable of, probably because they can't stack status damage as high as hunters. I also agree that hunters are the best in terms of raw damage, but ronin is definitely close second, because they're more versatile, then samurai and sadly assassin the bottom.
@@drakemyers4444 I respectfully disagree. The Assassin is probably the most versatile character in the game. But yeah, the Ronin's fire ult just doesn't scale well, but probably because it can hit every enemy on the map. Spirit Archer during immunity week is alright, but I've seen it a lot here recently too.
@EternalWindTWR I only say Ronin is more versatile because you can run raw healing, fire, weakening burst, ghost weapons, bombing, spirit bear, heavenly strike, and combinations. I agree that assassin is versatile, namely for its imo the most capable of triple legendary. It's just namely the variety of what's seen as to what the possibilities are. When I play its either poison, bombs, or some kind of support. I did find a sarugami assassin once which I was genuinely impressed with. No argument though. I love your content! You have some of the most unique set ups for each class, and that's valuable to people who don't wanna build Meta stuff but more or less fit their playstyles.

Just play the Hunter, best way to get any item is by farming the Trials of Iyo.
