No! You should not put any water water. And this machine do not do any boiling. It will turn normal water into mist. If you add few drops of essential or fragrance oil into the water, the machine will dilute and disfuse the it into mist and give you a good smell. And that's how the diffuser work.
The humidifier is still working but I'm not using it anymore. After 3-4 hours the water already empty and it can't set any timer as I'm using is as bed light. Another thing is you may need to wash it daily as the oil will clog the machine.
Hi, the machine still working. But you need to be clean it almost everyday because the oil will stuck at the hole inside the machine. Once the oil clog, the machine will auto stop.

Can I trust this humidifier? actually, I want to buy this.
