Studies show that people who don’t use gloves in the kitchen wash more frequently. Workers have been known to be careless with handling contaminants and returning to food production with the same gloves. As for the oil, it depends what kind they’re using. Several commonly used oils are that darker colour, so it’s hard to judge by a video if the oil is used, or fresh. There seems to be a large number of amateur food inspectors in this thread 😅 The oil isn’t foaming, and the chicken isn’t browning too quickly, which points to clean oil.
I love how clean there equipment is every day. They must be exhausted after a long day cooking and cleaning. I admire them. It’s not an easy life for them 👏👏👏👏
Just because you don't see them washing their hands doesn't mean they don't. These videos are edited because of time constraints. Im sure they are clean. I'd eat their food. I bet you can't do what they do!!!! Sending love and success your way from the USA!!!
It's surprising how many people have no idea what toasted sesame seed oil is it's very delicious used in many Asian dishes around the world and I use it a lot and I'm not Asian I'm African-American but I love Asian food!!
Honestly the floor is very beautiful and clean😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍although it's an open area but they have clean preparation 😇I just don't know if they always change the cooking oil everyday 😊😇but the whole process is absolutely amazing
I’m just wondering what that yall putting In the oil before the chicken I have a feeling it helps with the beautiful color. Now I want chicken & mushrooms😊
Your fried chicken looks sooooo delicious, it literally made my mouth water. I would definitely buy some of your chicken if you lived in the USA in NC. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
I wonder the same, here in Sweden its wery strickt how you get ridd of the old oil,we have to pour it into bottles, never direct in the sink, the pipes get clogged up!!!
They are clean people and their equipment and it looks like they are using peanut oil which peanut oil doesn’t burn quickly and you can also use it 3 to 4 times before throwing it away, that’s all I cook with and it’s healthier for you suppose to vegetable oil or corn oil
How many days do you use the oil? It should be used for a few days only. So that your buyers will not get sick especially you are cooking chicken skin.
Its better and its ok not to wear mask while frying or doing kitchen stuff but a big no if you don't wear or used hand gloves even though your hands were cleaned and washed it several times with water and sanitzed your hands but you still have to used hand gloves hand gloves over mask for me❤️
It is racking my brain as to what is that white powder like substance added to the oil. For those concerned,10 minutes in that oil, nothing survives. If hands are washed at that phase, it's all good.
These folks appear to be very clean and hard-working to provide an outstanding quality product. I would definitely support them.
thanks for your comment

Ja sowas fehlt mir in Deutschland auch .
The USA doesn’t have this type of street setups but a lot of cities and towns have some very good food trucks.🛻
@Wilwyn22 yeah but food trucks don't top this i wouldn't think!!

It could be white pepper powder
Possibly MSG, which is commonly used in Asian cooking
I need the oil and the batter recipe/information. Please and thank you😊
Oh including the powder that was put in the oil
Looks like cornflour to aid as a thickener
It looks good
Thank you
The white powder additive may be MSG, which is used in Asian cooking(?).

Also live in NC. Would w to eat some of this chicken!!❤
is that chicken skins ?
I believe that sesame oil, which is probably common in Asian cooking, is a darker cooking oil…
Such hard work and such skill.

What is that white stuff they put in oil and for what purpose?
flour. prevents splashing, says some people
@@kimnguyen-lw7oj I see. Thank you for your clarification.
Possibly MSG, which is commonly used in Asian cooking. NOT flour, because the oil did not thicken…

This is probably Sesame oil, which is a darker oil used in Asian cooking.
They should use gloves meanwhile cook, I think and I prefer and its more suitable
Looks incredible

I wonder what’s the powder they are putting in the oil? Just curious. Asking from Texas.
I'm thinking corn starch or potato starch 😊
Possibly MSG, which is commonly used in Asian cooking.
Is this fried chicken skins or fried chitterlings 😊
What is he putting in the oil before they drop the chicken?
I wonder what powder that they put into the oil??
Flour
It's either flour or a flavor enhancer
Possibly MSG, which is commonly used in Asian cooking.
Its better and its ok not to wear mask while frying or doing kitchen stuff but a big no if you don't wear or used hand gloves even though your hands were cleaned and washed it several times with water and sanitzed your hands but you still have to used hand gloves hand gloves over mask for me❤️

It's to purify the oil...it will become clearer
Why is corn starch not mixed with the meat😮
Possibly MSG, which is commonly used in Asian cooking.
