    Refined sugars and flour are absent, making it an ideal choice for those prioritizing wholesome nourishment without compromising taste. Adorned with a delightful medley of dried blueberries, dates, and chopped almonds, this cake offers a symphony of flavors and nutrients. Whether savored as a fulfilling breakfast or a nutritious snack, this recipe epitomizes baking with wellness in mind.
    Ingredients:
    - 150g oatmeal (ground oats)
    - 2 ripe bananas, mashed
    - 2 eggs
    - 1 apple, peeled and chopped into slices
    - 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
    - 200ml almond milk or any milk of your choice
    - 1 teaspoon baking powder
    - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    - A pinch of salt
    - Toppings: dried blueberries, dates, chopped almonds
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 356°F (180°C). Grease a baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
    2. Grind the oatmeal until it reaches a flour-like consistency in a blender or food processor.
    3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground oatmeal, mashed bananas, eggs, chopped apple, honey (if using), almond milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
    4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
    5. Sprinkle the dried blueberries, chopped dates, and almonds on top of the oatmeal mixture, distributing them evenly.
