Thanks Praji aapne bahut achche se samjhaya. Main pehle isey ya Tata Nexon ko khareedne ki soch raha tha lekin ab mood poora change ho gaya. Ab ya to Baleno ya Honda Jazz Ya Honda Amaze CVT mein se koi gaadi khareedunga.

Thanks for the video. it’s one thing to feel lag during gear shifting but there’s a lot of jerks even when the car is in 1st gear. For example, at 7kmph, 10kmph. Can you please explain why?

On hills, Tiago AMT is okay. Punch AMT is excellent.

How Tata Punch Creative AMT performs on very Steep road and steep hairpin turns with full load?
Want to buy its top AmT variant for family travel.. mostly mountain - hill area travel and also normal city drive .
Be careful before booking the automatic, it's very waste in mileage pick up and braking. Overall total waste these arr are only the needed. Roll overs as brake is not good, it handles it's own though you keep the brakes suddenly
what is the use of Manual mode in this, if gear is changing on its own

Why they can't give ground clearance how much ever they want ?
Kya iska announcement system off kar sakte hein??? Koiee jarurat nahi hein bar bar remind karna ki hum mode change kar rahe hein, ya auto se manual mein shift kiye hein. Itna toh khudko pata hota hei ki kaunsa mode me drive kar rahe hein.
Ye announcement system bohut irritating hai. Please bataiye ki isko off karne ka option hein isme????

It has electronic break distribution (end) which somewhat behaves like a traction pro..
no..adventure amt doesn't hve this feature... Only top variants i.e creative Amt & 2nd top variant i.e Accomplish Amt has the traction pro mode feature..

In general, iMT feels useless and worthless. AMT me clutch and gears dono auto hain. iMT me gears manual hain, paise dekar bhi ease na mile to kya fayda.

Punch AMT is good, but I will say buy a used car under 1L for 6 months to practice. Otherwise Punch is good.

Paaji. I booked a Punch Accomplish Dazzle Manual last week. But now I am thinking of changing it to AMT. My driving will be mostly in city with medium traffic and highways. Is AMT the best opt to go for?
AMT is best if you can pay a bit more-
1. for convenience. Super easy in traffic.
2. for maintainence. Clutch/gearbox service can be a bit costly. But clutch and gearbox are not serviced regularly, so can be considered.
Personally, I prefer AMT. It feels superior to drive but it is always a personal choice as it is your money, not mine. Think about it, take your time.

@@SpareWheelOfficial Thanks for replying. After watching your video I had changed my mind and had opted for AMT day after commenting on your post. As I am a software engineer so I will be out of my hometown most of the time and my Punch will be driven very rarely by my Father aged 58. So I think AMT is the best option to go for and I am eagerly waiting for delivery. Waiting period is 4-5 weeks in Bhubaneswar Odisha

weird question but does the ac blower turn off when you click the stop button therefore turning off the engine
I’m asking cause In my old WagonR I turned off the ignition and the ac was also off but the blower kept going and the battery drained in under 10 mins

Yes, it happens. AC works with Engine only. Fan can work on battery.
But fans do not drain battery in 10 minutes. Infact, a good battery can run fans for hours. Either your battery is bad or your alternator is not charging the battery much. There can be a third issue as well, but two main reasons are bad battery or bad alternator.
Everyone is a noob in beginning. 💕

I'm first time buyer and will mostly drive in city limits of hyderabad and new learner. What is best for me MT or AMT? this car will be driven only by me
I prefer used car for new buyers, used Manual cars as Used AT cars are expensive to maintain.
If buying new, AMT is good choice, but I feel like we should know how to drive manual cars because most cars in our country are manual. If you'll learn manual, you'll be able to drive any car in case of an emergency.

There is no CVT in SWIFT. You can only get AMT. For CVT, you need to get Baleno.

Usual AMT lag, that is present in all cars. Punch AMT is much better than Nexon AMT.

Kiger xtronic Turbo CVT Or Punch AMT
Kiger is a risky proposition. Some of its cars have lots of issues. Punch AMT is good. Safe car and it's a tried and tested engine.
There are complaints about the quality of the amt unit .I had to replace the amt unit by spending about Rs 71000 i about 4 years /17000 km of my celerio.Be careful about the durability of the amt unit although its very comfortable
May be only for your car. My celerio amt is working fine. 1.14 lac kms done.
