I’m 19 weeks as of yesterday with my baby girl and I for sure feel the bump is pretty big for my 1st pregnancy.

Katie l feel for you & the headaches. I was diagnosed with migraines at 21. I have some sort of headache daily & a true migraine several days out of the month. People who’ve never had a true migraine just can’t understand. If you are able to talk, laugh, eat, you don’t have a migraine! I have to take my Imitrex (a true godsend for my migraines) & just lay down in a dark room. Being pregnant & only being able to take Tylenol sucks because Tylenol has never done anything for my regular daily headaches. I didn’t have migraines with my 1st pregnancy but did with my second. When I tell you I was so miserable I’m not exaggerating. I hope you start feeling better very soon ❤

My biggest pro tip for headaches and migraines is caffeine. But try not to become to dependent on it because it can also make it worse.
Fitted sheets work really well for fort roofs.

I get headaches when my muscles get stiff and also I have sleep apnea and since getting my cpap my headaches are so much better!

My 2nd baby is an IUGR baby. Particularly in CO springs (where I had my daughter) IUGR babies are set up to thrive. The material fetal medicine team is top tier. All three of the providers I saw there had been doing these high risk pregnancies for over 10 years. One of my doctors delivered a 1 lb baby who grew to thrive as a healthy now adult 27 years ago. It helps that a level 1 nicu is right on site aswell if you need it. Thankfully for us that wasn't the case.
I feel you hating taking meds especially pregnant. I’m pregnant with my second and have gotten such bad headaches this pregnancy. Taking magnesium every day has helped my headaches so much and when they get bad I eat like 7 dark chocolate covered espresso beans and it usually will go away after that. Hope that helps!

When I got married my husband had several “Hot Rods” one was a 1962 Corvette. I did not feel bad when he sold all of them to buy our first home as it was the Adult thing to do. We were only in our late teens so with a baby on the way we needed a vehicle & a house that suited our upcoming lifestyle.

You might be having rebound headaches to some degree. I went through that, have had headaches all my life. They're awful.
My kind is thinking Katie's symptoms are a hint she's having a boy, but i know that's not even an educated guess. Every pregnancy is different with symptoms and baby's weights. Even old wives tales aren't accurate but can be fun to do.
Build a fort under table or if you have had a billiard table thats what we used to do 😂😅😊

My mom sold her truck and she got a Blazer it is really nice actually my grandma can get in and out of it my mom was really sad to see her truck go but the Blazer has heated seats and has a sun roof it basically has the same things that my mom's truck had I mean yeah I was a little sad that my mom decided to sell her truck it was a nice truck

My son was 6 lbs 8 1/2 oz., and my daughter was 9 lbs 2 oz. gender doesn't matter with weight.
I totally get where your coming from and people will assume it’s a boy because it’s bigger but I have also had 4 babies and I’m just gonna show you their weights (my last being a boy and the smallest) just to show that the size don’t matter neither does the heart rate… I will say I knew everytime what I was having before they even told me. I just had that gut feeling and it was right all 4 times!! Anyways… first was a girl at 9 pounds 4 oz
Second was a boy at 12 pounds 1oz
Third girl at 10 pounds 3oz
And my last was a boy at 8 pounds 11 oz!!
He was my smallest! So you can’t base anything off of size!
My first boy was always measuring two weeks ahead. Then my second boy was always average and weighed 2lbs less at birth than my first. I was convinced he was a girl because of his measurements, but def not the case!
20 weeks is when they do the ultrasound and can tell when it’s a boy or girl definitely. I did a blood test for all three of my kids to find out gender before 12 weeks.

I wouldn’t worry about size of the baby being a telling factor. My aunt had four 10 pound babies. Like, seriously, all four were 9-10 pounds each, and two of them were girls. Then there’s me, I was born full term, and u wait about 6 pounds. 😂
My son was only 6 pounds and 13oz when he was born and now he 7 pounds and 2 or 3 oz right now at 4 weeks

Have you tried taking Tylenol and an antihistamine at the same time. It was the only thing that took my headaches away while I was pregnant.

My boy is a high percentile compared to my girls…. But percentiles have also gone up with each of my children 🤷🏼♀️

Caffeine is moderation is fine and she has a doctor who would let her know if for some reason it wasn’t. 🤷🏼♀️
Your opinion is outdated. There are not adverse effects of caffiene under 200mg and under 400mg are very small chances of anything happening.
