Perfect example of why you should disassemble any bike bought off the showroom. No lube or grease on any of the pivot points.
Too funny.... As a motocrosser from the 80's & 90's, what stood out is the front axle being installed w/ no grease! Its funny that others have also commented on the front axle shot.
I gotta say I love everything about this video- the camera work, quality, music, the beauty of the machine, the empty sales floor, and the fun of watching the unboxing and assembly of an incredible 450. Job well done, Honda South Georgia!

The factory puts a thin layer of their grease on all the parts that require it.

Unfortunately they haven't made that move yet.
Not all factory riders have a hydraulic clutch you can’t adjust a hydro clutch during a race like a cable so it’s preference
Kyle Heath I’m pretty sure all factory hrc bikes have them. Ama & Mxgp.
PaulXT1200Z the hrc Honda’s have hydraulic clutch’s but cable actuated clutches are just as good, I’ve heard many people in the CR250R forums say that they noticed that a new oem cable is better than the Magura’s that they purchased.
Should be an option like the electric start used to be. I don’t want to risk breaking a $300 hydraulic clutch cylinder in the risk of a crash, but wouldn’t mind having a cable perch in the toolbox just in case.

Why would Honda install two mufflers ? We always replace them with better mufflers , now this would be double the price. AND MORE WEIGHT.

Zero grease on the front axle. RIP to the person riding this bike. That’s why I disassemble the bike when I get it new. Make sure everything is greased and torqued properly. I know these guys are rushed to put bikes together and do PDI checks.

All the new bikes dont have greasse on them (out of the box)

Definitely not the only thing that needs to be greased on that bike. If whoever buys this bike or any brand new bike is a serious rider, they would borderline take apart the entire machine and go over everything. Grease and torque etc

If you buy a showroom floor bike from anywhere take it back apart and grease stuff as you would with a used bike.. I always do, and even if someone says the oil is new, I STLL change it so I know for myself 😂 ain’t worth a rookie mistake or a $5 or less fix!
Here in Brazil unhapping this bike cost 60k, its very expensive, Impossible to get one, the models here are CRF 230f and 250f
